Very very poor email after email. Blaming the airline. It鈥檚 them that has the money. The airline says they have the money 3 months still no refund . What are trading standards doing . The covid excuse is worn out now . The law must be changed when the flight is cancelled max for returning my money should be 14 days. Singapore airlines take note. Your good name is being brought Down too budget airline standard . I want my money not emails saying we will pay you
