The first time I was told there was an address error, and was given a refund, which I figured must've somehow been on my part.
The second time, I took care to write out my address correctly and carefully, only to once again have them say there was an address error.
I attempt to email their customer service, as well as file a complaint. After three days, I still haven't heard from them. The only ones willing to answer on their side is the social media team handling the instagram page.
Finally, I give them a call. They tell me they have no idea how the error might have happened, seeing as the address I gave them is correct.
In the meantime, one of the two pairs I bought have sold out. I ask if they still have my package and can resend my order. They respond that they cannot, as the warehouse works seperately from the customer service team. Which strikes me as a less than clever move.
Regardless, I attempt to purchase from them a third time. My address is correct. I have triple checked this.
And YET.
They get sent back ONCE MORE.
At this point it can't be an error on my part; I KNOW my address is correct, and for all I do a ton of internet shopping, no one else has ever struggled to deliver a package to me this much. From two seperate carriers nonetheless!
Maybe Buffalo just shouldn't advertise that you write them at all, seeing as they can, and will, ignore any and all complaint you send to them.
