DO NOT ORDER ON THIS WEB, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ordered my camera and paid for express and insured shipping, the most expensive shipping option, to have my order in a short period of time. 3 days later my order was marked as shipped as this website promises. But even today, two weeks later, the order has not left the warehouse. I have written EVERY DAY to customer service, and their responses have always been inconclusive and pre-generated. At no time have they managed to reply to me when it will arrive, where it is, or even what courtier company has my package, which according to tracking number comes with ordinary mail, and not with Express courier as I paid for. Customer service is horrible. If you are going to buy something on this website, it's a matter of luck if it reaches you. And above all, if you have any problem, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU OR HELP YOU WITH THE PROBLEM. I can understand any delay in the moments we are in, what I cannot understand is that the customer service responds poorly and without reading the messages I send.

Pero aun hoy, dos semanas despu茅s, el pedido no ha salido del almac茅n. He escrito CADA D脥A al servicio de atenci贸n al cliente, y sus respuestas han sido siempre inconclusas y pre-generadas. En ning煤n momento han sabido responderme a cuando va a llegar, donde est谩, ni siquiera que mensajer铆a tiene mi pedido, que seg煤n el tracking viene con correo ordinario, y no con mensajer铆a como yo pague. El servicio de atenci贸n al cliente es p茅simo. Si van a comprar algo en esta pagina, imagino que es cuesti贸n de suerte si les llega. Y sobre todo, si tienen cualquier problema NO LES VAN A ATENDER BIEN. Puedo entender cualquier retraso en los momentos ne los que estamos, l oque no puedo entender es que el servicio de atenci贸n al cliente responda mal y sin leer los mensajes que envio.

I ordered Headphones almost 3 months ago, after 3 emails where they told me the order was sent, I still haven't even received a tracking number proving they actually sent the package.

Extremely disappointed, I should have spent the extra cash and avoided this debacle.

Will never buy on this website again and seriously discourage others to do the same!

I purchased an iPad 10.2, paying via Paypal. The purchase was complete but later I received a refund from them, saying they weren't able to process payment and couldn't get through to me, which isn't true as I received no correspondence from them. I tried to purchase the iPad again because it was for my son's birthday, but when I went back to their website, they put the prices up! I emailed them to say I wasn't happy with this level of service, but the email delivery also failed, saying their email account does not exist. The whole thing feels suspicious and I am not a happy customer.

Hello. I am currently unhappy and wish to be contacted by support. I have purchased a phone with my boyfriend last Monday. With an expected delivery of 3-12 days. Understanding we would revive a tracking number for the package but a bit worried we had not yet. We emailed you the following Friday (5 days after) to ask for this tracking number as it was nearly half way through expected delivery. And we were only informed then that what I had ordered was out of stock. And that bueno buy were waiting for a delivery date and don't even no when they will have it in stock again. I should of been informed of the as soon as the order was processed and bueno buy were aware they could not send my package. Disappointed and Unprofessional. We are now one week( 7 days )after my order. And I have not received a reply to another email we sent today regarding this order and what is happening. So far disappointed in customer service. To be continued

UPDATE – Was then after 2 weeks told the stock that came was damaged and they were cancelling my order and a refund would be given with in 5 working days. 6 working days later nothing. I need that money back for a new phone. Disgraceful

Ordered a smartphone, took 16 days to arrive. Upon ordering I was sent a link to track the phone's progress. Phone was delivered safely, in perfect condition. Used the cheapest delivery option, came in the post, the postwoman got me to sign for it.

Note that the products come from Singapore, so they take a while to arrive.

I ordered a dual sim Huawei phone and they sent me the single sim version. When I asked them to send me the correct phone or give me a refund they refused. They said that they had sent me the dual sim version and that I had sent them back a different phone. NEVER AGAIN would I use them. They have set up a fraudulent operaton.

BuenaBuy no tiene intenci贸n de entregar su pedido. Reclamaron el Macbook perdido con la empresa de transporte (wnDirect), los escrib铆an todos los d铆as para recuperar su dinero, pero nunca respond铆an al cliente. wnDirect me reenvi贸 los correos electr贸nicos de BuenaBuy a wnDirect. Siguen enviando correos electr贸nicos, pero no me contestan …

Si usted va a su sitio web, ni siquiera tienen un certificado SSL en su sitio web. Esta empresa es en todos los sentidos lo peor. No puedo decirte lo suficiente, nunca hagas pedidos con ellos. Esta es una empresa fraudulenta, posiblemente criminal. No te enga帽es a ti mismo.

See also my previous post regarding a Macbook I bought. Now, one month later, they still don't reply, did not refund me and did not deliver the Macbook. I sent over 40 (without reply !!!!) emails.

Once again: don't order with BuenaBuy! The positive reviews are fake and the negative reviews speak for themselves…

BuenaBuy has no intention to deliver your order. They claimed the lost Macbook with the transport company (wnDirect), write them every day to get their money back, but never answer customer. wnDirect forwarded me the emails from BuenaBuy to wnDirect. They keep sending emails, but don't answer me…

If you go to their website they don't even have a SSL certificate on their website. This company is in every way the worst. I cannot tell you enough, don't ever order with them. This is a fraudulent, possibly criminal company. Don't fool yourself.

Am in Spain and ordered a new smartphone on Sun 19/08/18 and after a couple of days received an email from Buenabuy to say it had been sent for delivery and I would receive a tracking number from a courier company BPost located in Belgium. Daily monitored their website but to no avail as no information as to the whereabouts of the phone was ever posted. Then suddenly on Wed 29/08/18 received an email from Seur, a local Spanish courier company, to say a package would be delivered between 11.30 and 12.30 that day. They never arrived, however, they delivered the package which indeed was the smartphone to a neighbour who lives below me who in turn contacted me by email and eventually handed it over to me later in the day. Glad to have received it safely but the whole delivery process not very satisfactory to say the least !!

Ordered Ultimate Ears Boom 2 鈧?0 cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Ordered on a Sunday and product delivered to me in Spain 8 days later. Super service and great product……highly recommended

Ordered a camera on 13 April. It was despatched from Hong Kong on 24 April. It arrived in the UK on 27 April. I live in Spain so am not sure why it has been routed via the UK. It has not moved for a week, and BuenaBuy customer service do not seem to be willing to advise what is going on or when it will be delivered. Do not use them even if they are loads cheaper than other websites.
