Please try to avoid Budget Air at any cost. I cancelled my flight last year and it has been over 13 months and still have not received my refund, I was informed that the redund was processed (pre-Covid), yet no refund. The contact is lousy and disgusting. Anytime that an email is sent to them, the response from Budget Air is an automated response.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME!

Airline paid budgetair ticket price back with proof due to coronavirus, But budgetair still hold it for almost half year and don't pay me back, I even called my bank to investigate it, they reply me that budgetair doesn't want to pay me, I have to contact them, but budgetair never pick my phone. budgetair belongs to Travix and this company bought by Chinese company called Ctrip, Chinese is 鎼虹▼. Don't use this Chinese companies service too.

Flights were changed (impossible to take 2nd flight- on the tickets they changed me airports in Tokio and gave 4 hours for it- plus I need to pay 100eur for the transfer). Even airlines wrote in my reservation that Budgetair can change my flight they didn't do anything- they can only change my dates, but of course you need to pay for that.

No help, no contact phone, mail respond after 2 days, so my conversation is almost 2 weeks with them without any clear response.

Having spent two weeks trying to get information about the cost of changing my booking – I finally received two separate answers which were discrepant by 拢600!
Clearly there is no overall attention to customers once they have paid their money!
