Absolute scam of a company. Tried to make a reservation and during payment both attempts failed. I was charged twice for the same ticket and wasn't even informed with an email and went and bought it a third time from the airline website.
Customer service does not respond to emails and instead sends a generic covid related email.

Please try to avoid Budget Air at any cost. I cancelled my flight last year and it has been over 13 months and still have not received my refund, I was informed that the redund was processed (pre-Covid), yet no refund. The contact is lousy and disgusting. Anytime that an email is sent to them, the response from Budget Air is an automated response.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME!

Bought our tickets through Budgetair back in 2018, we had plans to go to Tokyo for a wedding. Due to COVID 19, our flights were canceled. It is now September and my money is nowhere to be seen. I highly recommend to NOT use Budgetair. There has been no communication what so ever. I have written dozens of emails only to get a standard reply back…

Terrible company. Do not use it. They do not answer phone or e-mail and it is impossible to get in to contact with the company. Their booking site does not work properly and I enden up ordering the same ticket twice as I received a message with deffault on payment and for that reason believed, that the booking was unsuccessful.

Bought tickets via Momondo ending up with 3 bookings and 3 payments from my account. The flight is next week but it is absolutely impossible to get in contact with them to correct the reservation. Fraud !!

Very disgraceful and fraudulent company not giving any refunds or making any changes have my flight cancelled by the airline since March and it was not a cheap ticket but haven't heard or gotten one email from budgetair!!!
DON'T BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MONEY !!!

Extremely bad customer service!
I ordered three tickets through their agency, that was canceled I wrote them to reschedule my flight dates, however NO response through email or phone, its like they're non existing!!
Turkish airlines offers free rescheduling, but they can't help me since they refer me back to my the Budget air that should do that for me, but its like they are non existing!!
PLEASE RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BUDGET AIR!!

I've been emailing them plenty of times but I get the same automated reply all the time. I would like to cancel my upcoming flight in 3 weeks because of Covid & what option can I get either refund or change but as of no avail. Try to call their phone line and it's not reachable either she to Covid that they have to work home. So frustrating that they let their costumer hanging in the air. I will not recommend Budget air.

I probably should have checked the ratings before using this company. They seem to be making life so difficult to get your money back. In my situation the airline have already agreed to refund and messaged this to all agents. Still budgetair keeps asking for us to ask the airline to add it to the notes. There is not service and it seems like a scam to keep the money themselves. Well for sure not recommend using this agent.
After several more emails back and forward I really really advise people not to use this company. I am convinced now that this company is just trying to scam money from people. Again after contacting our airline directly it鈥檚 confirmed that all the agent have to do it call the airline so they can agree to get a refund. Apparently the agent can鈥檛 do that and asking me to set up a conference call with the airline. I have for sure Lerner my lesson and will always book directly with the airline, but in case you consider a booking agent DONT use this one!!!

Thanks for the clarification of how it works in terms of keeping funds etc. unless the airline is actually telling a lie, let鈥檚 assume not as I have talked to several people independently of each other then it should be a simple case of budgetair asking for a refund as I am not able to do it myself. But after 10+ emails back and forward I have not received any real help. I have been asked to set up a conference call with the airline and budget air and told that budgetair is not even allowed to contact the airline which must make your business close to impossible if this is actually the case. And given replies to other customers here on trustpilot seems like you fortunately are allowed to talk to the airline. Every answer back from the 鈥渃ustomer service鈥?seems to be an attempt to get rid of me and dis encourage me to continue with the case. If you can help out that would indeed be great. Thanks
Thanks for the good service Florian. I talked to Qantas again this morning. They said that the waiver is mentioned in a note that should be accessible by agents including yourself. But if there is any doubt you should reach out to/call a dedicated qantas agents Connect team. They should also be able to see the waiver note. I note your message on the feedback from the carrier which i should not always take as the truth. i will consider this going forward. as a note from my side to the company. The service i have received from you have been great. This has not been the case when talking to some of your colleagues. Here we didnt get anywhere and as an example i was told they were not able to talk to the carrier which clearly was not correct. If all provided the same service as you then that would be great.
As for the 2 bookings we are talking about (BDK-0339557 and BDK-0339549). I have send relevant pictures from the family passports showing the stamp of us leaving Shanghai Jan 22. Our flight was on the 3rd of Feb.

If it was possible to give this company a -10, then I would do that. That are terrible and not professional. I made a change to a booking and made payment. Arrived at the airport and there was no booking. Spend almost 5hours on the phone with people in India…their call centre and they couldn't assist me and refused to refund me. I had to make another booking and I did this through another professional company. Booking at budgetair is a huge risk

Horrible service, and unreliable. Impossible to get in contact with over the phone. I cancelled my flight, and did not get my money back within the time-span they said I would get them. In addition to this, when I tried to contact them, they never answered the phone, even within the openinghours. Haven't seen my money yet (aprox 4000 dkk) and am not able to get in contact with them.

Absolutely terrible experience
There was a mistake my ticket where my last name was included in my first name and when I wanted to fix it the company said I needed to cancel my ticket (for a large fee of 1125 DKK) and then re-book it. The problem is that the ticket prices have greatly gone up since last week so this is not at all an option anymore! Now I have to cancel all 3 tickets for 1125 DKK each as my family won't be traveling without me

I got my ticket from budget air, but had to change my flight date after the purchase of ticket. I made the request for flight change and paid the fees of changing the flight a week ago, but despite making the full payment, I still have not received my e-ticket. I had paid for a premium service package, so I called their so called customer service multiple times during a week and was put on hold for nearly 1 hour and half every time. They confirmed receiving of the payment, but every single time they said they would send the e-ticket after the call. After a week and multiple calls I still have no ticket.
