There was absolutely no dings dents or scratches it came in excellent condition and worked great. Delivery driver was nice and cordial and everything went just fine!

The shipping was outrageously expensive (Tampa to Jacksonville ground for $56!), and it turns out the item is manufactured here in Jacksonville! Also, there was absolutely no packing material in the shipping box, so the delicate sheet metal arrived bent and dented.

Ordered a coil, was told that it would get to our shop 2-4 days. It went from Houston to Dallas and sat there for almost a week. The original shipper farmed it out a different carrier. I could not get any satisfaction from the original carrier or the second carrier, just told to wait. It finally arrived a week and day after it was shipped, after I had to cancel our job. I reached out to Budget on the forth day, and it has been crickets, besides the continued emails asking for a review. This is the second review I have put in, maybe I will hear from somebody after this one?!?!?

A MUST READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a 2 1/2 ton Rheem Heat-Pump from Vic at Budget Air July 7,2020.
Had it shipped to a freight dock of the Miller Ferry that services Put in Bay, Ohio. Miller Ferry received it on July 22,2020. I picked up the equipment on July 23,2020. No visible damage to the boxes the equipment came in as it would be hard to see because they wrap their product with black shrink wrap? After unloading and opening the cardboard box with the air handler in it I noticed damage to the top front corners of the unit. Please note, no visible damage to the box. After removing the box, the damage was substantial. The unit appeared to have been dropped from a height when it was in the box and landed upside down pretty much square on the the floor.
The top of the box had the perfect impression of the unit in it causing severe damage on the front side. I called Budget right away and asked for Vic, his response was it is not our problem, your complaint needs to be filed with the shipping company UPS Freight, the company THEY HIRED, and he totally blew me off. He didn't offer any help in any way to replace the unit and told me to talk to Lavina in the shipping department. She explained to me about the quality control and sent pictures of our equipment before it left their shipping dock. Problem was the pictures showed equipment wrapped in black shrink wrap on new pallets. My pictures show the equipment on OLD pallets? Also she sent a DISCLAIMER stating, Regardless of the type of shipping you chose; again we did not chose the shipper? I HIGHLY recommend choosing another company in Tampa. That's what I had to do and received the unit not damaged in clear shrink wrap. NOT BLACK SHRINK WRAP WHERE YOU CAN'T SEE ANY DAMAGE!

We are remodeling a trailer and its hard to find correct parts. This is a great website, very reasonable pricing, very detailed information. The shipping is pretty steep but still doable.

I was told that shipping was free by your customer service and on your website and then then you would not allow me to place my order without charging me for shipping, $338.00. What's with this?

I preferred pay by credit card instead of Paypal. Tried several times. Did not work. Had to login to Paypal first, gone thru several hoops/ extra miles to get all the updates on Paypal.

initial receipt of equipment was easy, however I have now been without air for 4 days and may have to wait longer for processing time on warranty issue. the unit failed to work from start up. should processing and parts arrive in next by friday i would be willing to change my rating, however as of right now I will purchase all A/C parts from local company in the future

Budget made shopping for commercial grade, three phase heat pumps for our church fast and easy! On top of that, the prices are great, and the shipping cost are very reasonable.
Our follow-up salesperson, Chris, called to ensure that our order was as we wanted and to work out our shipping arrangements. We received everything in perfect condition within a week.

They even called after the purchase, before shipping to make sure that I ordered what I need. That is great customer service. They called after the air handler/heat pump showed up to make sure that it made it alright in freight. Will definitely do business with them again.
