I love this company and I love my product. I ordered my bracelet on July 21st 2020 I received a tracking status and tracking invoice and received my product on July 27th 2020 6 days later. I love the quality of my bracelet and I love that I received my product quickly. I am in no way being paid to write this positive review this is a review coming from a valid customer.

This afternoon,I placed an order for a Feng Shui bracelet and then seconds later,I had a change of mind. I called and sent them emails to cancel my order and for my refund. No live agent will answer the phone and still emailed me a confirmation for the order that I requested to be cancelled. This company seems fraudulent and practices poor customer service. I will never do business with Buddha Power Store ever again!

Obviously a scam as seen by the unfortunate people who fell for it and received nothing. Also marketing filled with lies and fraudulent claims

People, a Bracelet will not instantly make you rich, or happy, or healthy. Especially a cheap bracelet. Please put your $ towards something Tangible, like a Book on Feng Shui if you are actually interested in this ancient art. Or just look up the info online!

As opposed to the one star reviews here I have t say that I LIKE this store and am a repeat customer. I am NOT being paid by it to write this review – am a real customer, in New Zealand, and received my order in a couple of weeks. Love their stuff and think that it is fine quality. Particularly love the little colour changing animal figurine beads. Yes, of course it all comes with a lot of marketing hype but well worth it for attractive bling which is a bit different, and well made from genuine stone.

I've purchased several items from this site. One of the items was not at all as described. I've purchased items from others with this particular stone so I know what it should look like. What I rec'd from BPS was not at all as described and not at all even close to what I've purchased from other. It was literally a big ugly rock. When I emailed BPS, I was told I had to return the item to China. Their website lists a DE address but I was told it cannot be used for returns. No where on the website does it say returns have to be sent to China at my expense. Big ripoff! Never again!

I got my delivery two weeks after I ordered it. Was sent notifications about it as well. After listening to all the negative reviews, I went on Amazon to order the same bracelet thinking mine from the Buddah store would never arrive according to the reviews. Well, it did arrive, and the product is real and beautiful unlike the Amazon version which is maybe a fake and not as nice. Still trying to find out if the Amazon one is real. Trust Buddah Power Store.

I ordered a $25 Tibetan Cooper Bead Bracelet on 6/10/20 and received confirmation right away. On 6/18, I inquired about the order as I had not received any shipping info. I received a prompt courteous reply explaining that due to the pandemic, there may be a delay. On 6/22 I received a USPS tracking number that did not have any activity for several days. I finally received the package on July 3. I am pleased with the bracelet. It is exactly has advertised. Shipping was very slow which I believe was because of the pandemic slowing everything down and hopefully not that this is a shady company.

I am happy with my purchase and I feel positive energy has been flowing since I started wearing my bracelets . I was concerned when I read about all the negative feedback about delivery on the web. However , my order was shipped in a week and I realise the company has a lot of pressure with COVID restrictions affecting postage . I just purchased my second order and am happy to recommend to you . I live in Australia and I had no problem with delivery and my expectations were met . Thankyou

I ordered the Feng shui bracelet and ring and it took awhile to be delivered but it is understandable due to the covid. I am very pleased in the workmanship of them. They are also receiving high volume of sales and take a bit longer to respond to emails; sometimes you will have to send more then a couple of emails before you get a response; but they will respond. I too was worried about receiving them but I did. It took.about 6 to 8 weeks to receive them but you will.

I made an order for 2 bracelets on May 1, 2020 and i have not received my order. I sent my first email about delivery date and got a response from someone named Cheri, whom sent me a tracking number. Needless to say the tracking number doesn't work. I email a week later asking for the product or refund and i didn't get a response. Since then i have sent several emails requesting my full refund and there has been no response. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today. I had to do a little investigating on how to submit the complaint because "Buddha power store " is not in their data base. They are using a DBA and the information needed to file the complaint is as follows:
Squalet Inc.
2035 Sunset Lake Rd Ste B2
Newark, DE 19702

Please, please, please lets file as many complaints as possible to shut this scam down!!

It took a while to get the items I ordered but they kept me updated and when they arrived they were as described. I have worn the ring for a while and kept it on while washing my hands it using hand sanitizer and it has not lost its tone and has not discolored my finger, which usually happens with inexpensive rings.

Do not buy anything from this site. My order never arrived, made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and email, no success. They reply by third party email saying order is in transit, as of today over a month, still have not received my order.

Ordered in May 9, 2020 for wife's birthday. Tracking code has stated that the package was "picked up on May 11, 2020", see below.

On Its Way to USPS
May 11, 2020 at 7:04 pm
Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item
HAWTHORNE, CA 90250

It is now May 23, 2020 and requests for a refund has been met with e-mails stating the Tracking Number and it has been shipped and the information has not changed since May 11, 2020.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They simply do not deliver.

First, I wasn't able to track it. After a month and a half. My package arrived. I opened it and a pack of dusk mask came out. No bracelet to be found. I was in communication (I thought) with customer service regarding the tracking or lack thereof, during the whole time I was waiting for it and was told to be patient. After a month I was given a tracking number to find out it stated that it didn't move from the same location for 3 weeks. I called the post office and they stated it wasn't in there system because it wasn't scanned in. I'm now still waiting for a refund.

We order a set of bracelets for $39 at the the beginning of April. We are now coming towards the end of May and no bracelets. I have emailed them on three different occasions with zero response. I just had to ask PayPal to get involved as I have no other recourse. A simple email would have done wonders. My advice – Buy somewhere else that actually cares about customer service.

Jon

2352 Bent Creek Road

Auburn, AL 36830

I'd never seen the address before. When I opened it, I found what looks like a … posture corrector? No note left inside the package.

After making sure my mother wasn't mailing me an early (and weird) Christmas present, and looking at my bank and credit card accounts to make sure no fraudulent charge was made, I searched the return address on Google.

I soon noticed images popping up from people all over with the same kind of questions just like mine.

The address is for a gas station and convenience store called Bent Creek Grocery. So, I call the business to try and get answers. And it turns out my call is one of about 20-plus calls they get a day asking the same questions.

"Did you get a package from Jon? Oh, what did you get?" A friendly woman's voice is on the other line. I tell her who I am and ask if she can explain to me what's happening with these deliveries.

According to the convenience store at this address, there is no "Jon" who works there and they assured us they are not sending out packages to anyone.
According to the convenience store at this address, there is no "Jon" who works there and they assured us they are not sending out packages to anyone.

She says she gets calls daily from folks across the country who get a delivery just like mine and passes me off to talk to her business partner, Larry Delorenzo.

Delorenzo is as curious about what's happening as I am since it's his business address this "Jon" is using. His voice is friendly and welcoming. He said the packages first started arriving at the store back in August 2019. There was no Jon on the payroll, but he kept the packages, thinking maybe Jon would come to pick up his stuff.

According to Delorenzo, there were five to six milk crates filled with unopened packages addressed to Jon with his business address.

"I thought this Jon will come to get it, but I never saw Jon," Delorenzo says. So in October he took the milk crates to the post office and explained the mysterious packages he received, saying, "There is no Jon here." He notified the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.

Delorenzo said more calls came in after the holidays.

"I got a call from a furious policeman in California whose 14-year-old daughter got a thong mailed to her, and a woman from Florida woman who says she got a wig in the mail, but the color isn't right," he recalls.

"It ain't me! I'm a standard brick-and-mortar store. I have no online presence," he assures me.

Delorenzo said the Better Business Bureau and Auburn police are investigating the strange packages being mailed using his business address.

He wants to stress to people the obscure items being mailed aren't from him or anyone in his store.

According to the Better Business Bureau, this may be similar to a practice of receiving unordered and unwanted packages that arrive from Amazon is known as "brushing," and is actually a scam. In Amazon brushing scams, suddenly boxes of unordered (by the recipient) merchandise from Amazon arrive at your house. The companies that are sending the random items, most often foreign, third-party sellers, are using your address and your Amazon information.

The reason these sellers do this because they then write an online review using your information. This makes it look like you – a verified Amazon buyer – wrote a praise-filled review of their merchandise, which improves their products' ratings and in turn could lead to more sales for them. It could be bad for you as the recipient, though, because these sellers somehow have access to your Amazon account information.

I order braclet and it's been 1 month ago, haven't received the product. I've left several massages no return calls nor will they answer the phone. I'm sending the product back because of this and because of reviews of products quality not being good as expected. ALSO, GOD IS OUR PROVIDER OF ALL GOOD THINGS WHEN WE TRUST HIM!! NOT A BRACELET THAT COMES FROM OTHER SORCES BESIDES HIM. I will be returning it, but I'm still waiting 1 MONTH LATER!!!
