A lot of mis-selling and misrepresentation to fool people into buying these watches.
First of, it said Buco-London like it was a Jeweler based in the city of London, UK hence why i bought their watch on sale from Facebook in the first place. It also said order was dispatched same day as it was placed, so i was expecting delivery within a day- not knowing this was a product coming from China and that it was going to take weeks to arrive, with no warning ahead of time.
It then arrives 3 and half weeks later, and it is very obvious that is was a cheaply made item of the lowest grade and quality. There are no sparkly or starry stars effect on the watch, and it is a brand called Tepha which was poorly and cheaply engraved inside the face of the watch. The magnetic strap seems to be ok, but what they called rose gold appears more like copper that is fading away.
Within just 4 days of wearing this watch, the plastic hexagonal face fell off without me even realizing, and without any application of force in anyway. Then in just a day,the minute hands came off, and the numbering began rubbing off as well.
I am definitely going to ask for a refund on this crappy cheaply made piece of item. The company should not even be allowed to be trading any way. What a complete waste of time and money.

The watches are not stainless steel, but painted plastic. The brand name is not "modiya", but "Tephea." The font on the clock-face is completely different. There is virtually no glitter on the clock-face, which is a key design feature of the watch sold online…
For a product with an RRP of 拢299.99, it arrived in flimsy bubble wrap…from China… (funny, given that the company's selling point is being a London brand??). I'm talking full blown Chinese postage stamps and a 2 week + delivery wait.
The quality is so poor I wouldn't even spend 拢5 on it for a child.
I have requested a refund (that I need to pay for!!), so will report back again to see if they can redeem themselves slightly with forthcoming returns.
