We are in the UK and have now placed 2 orders with the BuckleGuy. I can obviously only speak for our experience but the right goods were delivered, safely packaged, very quickly. So quick, in fact, that the last pack arrived before other items purchased on the same day from suppliers a hundred miles away.
No connection with the BuckleGuy – except as one very satisfied customer

Amazing product assortment and the BEST hardware in the market, no question. Solid brass and if you have been in leatherwork you will know it when you see it.

I placed an order through "BUCKLEGUY.COM" and in the end never received anything. That's all you need to know.
In their defense, I do believe they sent out my order, they claim it must of been stolen from my porch… I don't know. I have no evidence eitherway. I do know, I paid real money and ended up with SQUAT! I contacted their customer service and explained situation and that I never received my order. They came back with a tracking number claiming something was "DELIVERED" and a link to their "policy" stating they aren't responsible for stolen packages.
Their "solution" was for me to re-order (and re-pay) for my order a 2nd time. Which to me, is no solution at all. After arguing and complaining, they finally offered to reduce their exorborant and inflated shipping & handling fees; if I re-bought all of my items. I told them "No Thanks!" It doesn't sit well with me, to purchase something twice and only receive it once.
I guess it's possible that something was stolen, but unlikely. I live in an apartment building with clear directions for ALL packages to be left with "building reception" as well as "special instructions" stating the same thing when I placed the order. I get a delivery almost every day, this is the one and only problem I've ever had with something going missing.
Another thing to note, after arguing and expressing my displeasure with "BUCKLEGUY.COM" for about 2 weeks, I receive an automated email urging me to review the products I "received" (which was nothing, except a headache). So, I left an honest review of MY experience and explanation on what I "received". That review almost identical to this one. Oddly enough, it was never seen under the item in question. Only positive reviews are allowed, negative ones get thrown out. Which is dishonest.
I am generally very easy to please. This was not a large or expensive order. It was 5-10 tiny watchband parts that cost MAYBE .50垄 each. They could of been thrown in a standard envelope and mailed with a single stamp. To save a customer, and to clear this WHOLE thing up, would cost them about $1. But no, I got company policy links instead…
I wasn't trying to "con" them out of watchband buckles. I honestly didn't receive anything and just wanted what I paid for. I don't care about your "policy". My "policy" says I should receive what I paid for, even if you have to lose a couple pennies now & then to do so. Take care of your customers 1st, worry about profits 2nd. Not the other way around! BOOOOO!
