So easy to order the helmet and was in store early the next day. Really liked the phone call to say it was ready for collection. Whole transaction was less than 24 hours!!

The boys at Buckingham Bikes have just done a super job with a wheel build and upgraded suspension forks for me. There was a compatibility issue which they called me about straight away and we had a solution sorted the same day. I've just taken them some drinks for the weekend as they did it all during heatwave week.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered a bike for my sons 4th birthday a bit later than planned but Buckingham Bikes pulled out the stops and had it sent next day delivery. It was delivered as promised and in time and wrapped ready for the big day. Thank you. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

The reason I choose Buckingham Bikes was because they were one of the very few companies to sell this product. Don't know why they are not available from any of the big players. Easy to fit so should provide extra visibility during evening rides in the dark.

I had a problem with my Giant Stance that I bought from buckingham bikes a few months ago. I booked it in to be looked at and was treated extremely well. The bike was repaired, gears tuned and test ridden and was ready for collection the next day, just in time for my weekend ride ? ?
It's nice to know there is a good reliable bike shop in my area.

I had occasion to telephone them regarding the order I had placed on line and they were knowledgeable and very helpful. They deserve a 10 out of 10 rating for customer service. My order which included free postage was sent by a courier that used an on-line tracking service so I could see when it was likely to be delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to place more orders with Buckingham Bikes who left a very positive impression as a result of this transaction.

Good, friendly service. There was a delay in the order coming in from the supplier, but the Bucks Bikes staff kept me regularly up to date on progress.

Albeit a used bike, listed as "little used" and "as new", on receipt fair bit of mud under brake callipers, under handlebars, on the inner hubs and chain stays. quite used rather than little, I believe front skewer was originally packed in box, but it disappeared through the hole in the bottom of the bike box. I imagine usually a reasonable dealership, but for me a not so satisfactory experience.

Bought the Garmin Fenix 3, was informed at every stage of the order. It was dispatched and delivered effectively.

My order took ages to get to me (ordered Sept 2014 arrived March 2015!!!). This was not the fault of Buckingham bikes but of the supplier (who I did phone directly – they had problem with one of the components). The item was well worth the long wait!

One item was delivered straight away the other was out of stock. I was immediately offered a refund but chose to wait. When the item didn't arrive as promised, Enduras fault not Bucks Bikes, the refund was made without quibble. I couldn't ask for better.

The item although listed turned out to be out of stock. They immediately contacted me to explain and offered full refund or the option to leave the order live for when the item became available, with an estimated date. Item delivered exactly as they said

It is nice to have great service, although my order took time to arrive due to it not being in stock from the supplier I was kept informed of progress and regular emails and a phone call managed my expectations which is rare these days.

I orders a parcel two weeks ago only today to find that is at another address so had to pick it up. The receipt says my address but the package says a total different address. I would give it 5 star if there wasn't a mess up with the delivery. Good produce though!

A few days after ordering a cycling jersey as a Christmas gift, I recieved an email that there was a stock issue and there would be a delay to receipt of the product. The package was then delivered but when I opened it, it was the incorrect jersey. I contacted the company by email who confirmed that indeed I had been sent a different product to the one I had ordered, as the one ordered was no longer available and had been replaced by what had been delivered-however I did not want this jersey. This was extremely frustrating as if I had been contacted in the first place and been told the product I ordered was out of stock and asked if I would still like to go ahead with the purchase, I would have said no. Instead, I had to find another supplier to deliver an alternative product just before Christmas as well as take the delivered product back to the post office which was a queuing nightmare! I would have given one star except for the prompt and polite email I recieved on querying the error upon receipt of the jersey, where an apology was given and instructions on how to obtain a refund.

Tool arrived as promised complete with a little bag of Haribo – What more could you ask for? Highly recommended
