I had the shock of finding that an online automated payment system didn't work and so I sent a complaint to the company. They did attend to the complaint and even refunded the payment. So, there may be some problems from time to time, but the company does honour its commitments.

Buckaroo has been integrated into our website for 2 years now. Some payment modules may be a bit expensive, but the service is very good.
