I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.

Buying an engagement ring can be a very overwhelming experience. There are so many combinations for diamonds in terms of carat size, cut, color, clarity and fluorescence. Being from New York City, I always thought I would have bought it from a jeweler in the diamond district and Boy was I wrong. I am truly thankful for my future brother-in-law who recommended me to talk with Sara when I decided to start shopping.

Utilizing websites, friends of friends and contacts in the diamond industry, I worked with 10 jewelers to get an idea on pricing and the industry as a whole when I started looking around. One thing I learned real quickly is that these other jewelers don鈥檛 have your best interest in mind. More often than not, they want to sell you what they want to sell or cut corners with a 30 day return policy that is much more restrictive and has so much fine print. Usually you鈥檙e supposed to give the the customer what they want and stand behind it. In the end, there are 2 things that set Sara apart. (1) Her level of customer service is unparalleled. Through multiple levels of conversations (text and phone calls), she showed me diamonds through text until I said yes to the right one. Unfortunately I was not able to see the diamond in person as I was a thousand miles away. Since she knew I would not want to buy a diamond sight unseen, she worked with my future mother-in-law, brother-in-law and most importantly 6 month niece who gave the go ahead once they saw it. (2) Sara鈥檚 eye for value blew away the competition. Based on my budget, she was able to get me the best diamond and setting for my buck. Using her criteria, the other jewelers would either skimp on some combination of carat size, color and/or clarity.

If you鈥檙e still debating on whether or not you want to buy a ring from Sara, I highly recommend you stop looking elsewhere and work with her NOW to find your engagement ring of your (soon to be) fianc茅e鈥檚 dreams! As I can attest, you won鈥檛 be disappointed. I would totally fly my friends from New York when they start their own ring buying experience!

Elly was amazing! I saw one of Buchroeders鈥?vintage LV handbags on FB and messaged Elly to inquire on the price; she responded within minutes, and although that bag was out of my budget, she sent me a pic of a bag that was not only well within my budget, but was the size and style I was looking for, she even offered to bring it to my office for me to view in person! Long story short, two hours later I was standing in Buchroeders sipping a mimosa and buying my bag. I cannot recommend Elly or Buchroeders enough; exceptional customer service, beautiful bags, and Elly is like a ray of sunshine, I think she was as happy for me as I was about my new bag. I will never buy a luxury bag anywhere else. Happy, happy customer!
