Bubbly Belle

I love the bath bombs, but I can get as good of bath bombs for much less elsewhere. When I started my subscription with them they gave much better rings than they do now and I would say they are definitely not worth what they say they are. I think they would cost less than $4 in the Manhattan jewelry centers where you buy wholesale. The quality of the rings went down immediately after I subscribed to a monthly plan. You got an occasional ring of better quality when you buy them individually instead of the subscription. So very disappointed. Also after I canceled my membership I still got orders I did not authorize.

I'm sick and tired of getting overcharged!! If the prices posted are not what they really are then that's false advertising!if you need a subscription to get the deal it NEEDS to be on there!! I've gotten overcharged 2 or 3 times! So I will no longer be ordering. I'll order from an honest store.And I'll be telling ppl to watch out for that.

Ordered some bath bombs, never received, refused to return my money. then they started to charge me a monthly "subscription" fee of $38.64 per month…. WHAT THE F**K. worst company EVER. How they are still in business is beyond me. will NEVER buy from them again and i recommend others stay well clear of them as well.
Customer service is crap, i get abused because they are in the wrong. taking this up with my back and will be going to the police to have them charged with fraud.

I noticed on my bank act a charge from bubbly belle..i did not order anything so I call and they tell me I signed up for their monthly subscription…a lie…they have charged my account since April..i never signed up..when I said I did not they got argumentative and rude…i filed a complaint with the better business Bureau…how dare them…fraud is what it's called…also I have not gotten the supposed products every month…do mot order from them …ever..they will charge you for a subscription…

I have always loved bathbombs as they make my bath so much better. However, I am very picky when it comes to choosing the right bathbombs because some companies sell very low quality products. But the bathbombs are Bubbly Belle are so damn amazing. The fragrance of them is so soothing and makes my bath so much more relaxing. Thank you

I have been a customer since March of this year and I must admit I have had a great experience, everything arrives here on time, they send all these awesome emails and texts with special offers to take advantage of and I have to admit, I鈥檓 in love with them after every package I get more and more!! Plus the fact that they have been able to keep up with my orders during these crucial times we鈥檙e going through makes them even more of an amazing team in my eyes so that鈥檚 why I if I could give them 10 stars I would!! I have been ordering on and off for a couple of months. The quality of the rings themselves is a lot to be desired! The pricing of each rings value is inflated. I鈥檓 not sure who assessed the value but that person is way off base! Also the last order I sent in for the Christmas tree bath bomb exploded all over the tub and I fished out and still am little mini pinecone pieces! Smelled horrible. Also this last order with the balance bath bomb really was awful! The aroma was like sitting next to a bunch of wet branches being used to build a fire! Took 2 days, 1 can of Lysol cleaner and at least 2 gallons of hot water to get rid of that horrible smell! Has there been a shift in employees or management that is causing this company to totally have a 鈥淚 don鈥檛 care about the customer cuz I still get money or unemployment no matter what attitude?鈥?I鈥檓 not a happy camper at all!

The product is great 馃憤 I love all the products I received they are very nice and nicely packed. I love all the smell. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping with my order. Some companies online just don't care. I had a situation and Helen was my customer service rep. She was so pleasant to deal with and her responses to me were swift as well as kind. I loved the bath bombs.

The very first time I used it I knew I was bought. I tried other brands which I didn't get anything from them they didn't smell like Bubbly Belle. I used massage and my body felt so relaxed and I felt so good. Thank you so much I will order again

It's funny because I ALREADY wrote a review regarding the fraudulent charges thatmy bank CONTACTED ME and told my entire story of the fraud that bubblybelle is responsible for towards me yet my complaint is nowhere on here!?! Not only do they sign you up for some sort of subscription plan then blatantly call you a liar after you have proof from your bank of the nearly $40 a month charge on receiving from them for the past 4 months then they had the audacity to charge me again this month!!! Lastly I believe Oprah herself would be appalled at the ridiculous value they claim their bath bombs to be. The only time you smell any fragrance out of the flavors is when you pull it in out of the box I know this because as previously stated I somehow have been receiving them monthly so I'm not sure how many you're supposed supposed to be receiving for my $40 subscription however I'm feeling it's probably more than a total of four that would make them literally $40 a piece and the one that I tried today I spent longer scrubbing the stain that it left in my tub out then I did sitting in the bath I am a very angry customer for a business that is doing a horrible horrible job of promoting their products ha bring you Joy tranquility Zen for the cheap piece of crap bubble gum machine ring that you receive? I would like to see one person who has received a ring that is worth more than 20-25 bucks MAX!?! I also would appreciate some sort of an apology, an explanation, reasoning behind your terrible customer service? And one of my favorite parts was when I asked to speak to this lady's manager by somebody that was above her she told me that there wasn't anyone so apparently I'm just so blessed that I spoke to mrs. Belly Bubble herself!!!It's all just so very very disappointing馃槹 to be to be spoke to in such a manner after explaining how my child's birthday had been ruined due to this misfortunate event…. Simply no money left in the account! I highly recommend you run in the opposite direction!

I had a delay in order but will buy again because they are worth it they have the best natural made bath bombs and not to include the sweet surprises they are awesome from what I have seen on YouTube can鈥檛 wait to get mine

This is the best customer service I have ever received. They are on top of everything.

Im got my package two days earlier then expected. I got three bath bombs. Two are perfectly fine while one seems to have been damaged during the process of vacuum sealing the packing around the bath bomb. It's not broken but still in rough shape and hearing the center "jiggle" so freely compared to the others. I used it first. It did crumble a little bit in the process of taking off the plastic wrapper. But still enjoyed watching it fizz and desolve in my warm bath; plus finding the beautiful ring float up like a reward for taking a bath and relaxing.

Like others, it had taken so long, I had forgotten all about the order! What I like (not) is that screen after screen trying to get you to order more & even tells you free shipping is $7.95 value. Well, I don't know about you, by the time I checked out (without spending a bunch!) s/h was $8.95. There is no way to spend less than $10.00, even if you are claiming your "free" ring! So why does it take so long to arrive? Even without pandemic going on! I agree with another reviewer that cautions to save your money & get them cheaper @ boutique store!
