HAD TO FILE FRAUD WITH OUR BANK TO TRY TO STOP THIS NEAR CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!

I was recently scammed by a seller on Bstock and Bstock refused to allow a return of the over appraised "heavily damaged" items sent to us. The Seller by the name of "Red Fox Transportation'' sold us a couple of headphones which, on the picture display, were displayed in the box. Now knowing, this is due to hiding the actual condition of the item. As a buyer, we trust that companies do business with integrity. Unfortunately, Red Fox Group and Bstock do not abide by this. After we purchased the items, we asked the seller to provide us with more information regarding shipping time, cost, more pictures of the items etc… to which we only received a response back of "why?" It was at this point where we contacted Bstock. We specifically asked Bstock what they will do in regards to these issues if the seller does not send us the product as displayed or in worse condition than mentioned. We felt this was the right thing to ask as we started feeling very uncomfortable with the sellers responses to us and lack of transparency. A representative of Bstock by the name of Timothy messaged us after we addressed some of our concerns regarding the products. We asked several questions as far as what they would do if the items received were excessively damaged, or not as described. As mentioned by timothy, He stated: " If you bid on an auction, and when its delivered its either excessively damaged, missing, or not as described, we can definitely step in and assist." We trusted his word. Upon receiving the items, we of course received the items NOT as described. The wireless speakers were in several terrible conditions including "burnt" as if sitting in the sun for a long period of time. Headphones had ear pieces ripped out, bait and switch of items occurred which the seller did NOT send us the items that had the Highest value but instead, sent us a low valued item as a replacement. We then contacted Bstock regarding this issue which they then referred us over to their online auction insurance agency. We moved forward with filing a claim and as we expected, they only offered a refund of 10% of the auction value for 2 pieces they assumed were the only issue. Since the seller put on the auction that the items were in "refurbished" condition. Bstock gave him the right to send items that were heavily damaged with puncture holes on the speakers and a burnt outer layer. The insurance agency Bstock works closely with the Auction Insurance Agency and did nothing to see the value of the items that were damaged, but rather, valued them the same as all the other pieces in the auction. Therefore, they only offered less than 10% of what we paid for the entire lot back to us. We declined as we felt this was not a proper evaluation, and in return, the agent working with us by the name of Carter Hancock began pestering us to sign the paperwork to receive our undervalued insurance claim and was no longer responding to our emails, but rather continuing to tell us "please sign this or I will close you claim". At this point, We did NOT want to work with AIA so we contacted Bstocks customer service for more help, and of course we did not get it. Holly messaged us futher defending the seller by stating that the seller since they placed "refurbished" on the auction can pretty much send us crap and get away with it AND told us to go kick rocks since we dont want to take the undervalued appraisal from the insurance agency:

"I'm sorry to hear that you do not feel that AIA is treating your case fairly. From the dispute notes, I see that they offered to cover a partial refund and you refused it, and also did not return the release the deadline, so they closed the case. I also see that you were disputing the items due to cosmetic issues, however, the Refurbished condition description clearly states that items may have cosmetic issues."

"Unfortunately, B-Stock is not able to alter or reverse a decision made by AIA. I would encourage you to continue your communication directly with them if you feel that they should review the case again."

At this point, legal action must be taken since these companies have built a wall of unjust options for the buyer. These companies including Bstock to not care about their buyer. I would recommend staying far away from this company and take your business somewhere else like liquidation.com (which we have had way better service than Bstock)

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BSTOCK. I REPEAT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BSTOCK. EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. THEIR SELLERS SHOW YOU NICE PICTURES, BUT ONCE YOU BUY, YOU GET SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. NO MATTER HOW YOU.

So I bought a lot of un-manifested customer return headsets which were to include name brand and other. They didn't ship for 8 business days also. What I received was literal Dollar Store/Dollar Tree items in the packages, the vast majority beyond that were non-repairable and mostly Insignia, and the highest end items were missing in the boxes. I started a dispute and it went to their insurance company AIA. This is the response I received.

"Based on the information and photo documentation you have provided, you will not be covered at this time. Since this is a unmanifested customer return lot, there is not guarantee which items you will receive. Additionally, customer returns may have been returned for any reasons causing damage and missing parts to the items. The seller is not willing to assist at this time due to the nature of the auction. We will be closing this dispute at this time."

Seller is cheating with member of public I have won 3 orders from the same person almost $4500.00 unfortunately he was lying all mobile devices were iCloud locked and same of them register as stolen phone,
Bs-tock is not consider cause we are internationally located.

This is one of the worse company i had purchase with. They have 0 buyer protection. Seller send you garbage and saying they sent you correct item which is totally false. whatever they say on the description its not TRUE. I have lost almost $4000 on their platform. They want wire from you not Credit or Debit card. Wire which you wont be able to dispute from your credit card. BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE SPECIALLY FROM BSTOCK SUPPLY. Less then 0 Star

I am having a problem with the below order, and i am not sure what to do next. i will attempt to explain the situation below, and please advise me accordingly.

SUBJECT: ORDER # SUP127369, WANT A RESOLUTION

SITUATION:
I bought 200 pieces of Microsoft keyboard through BSTOCK, however, it was stated in the description that the buyer should arrange for shipping. Anyhow this is what happened afterward.

1) I reached out to the seller via telephone more than once, without success.
2) I tried reaching out to the seller via email, also no response.
How else can i arrange the shipping if i am not able to reach the seller?

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the seller, i decided to contact BSTOCK directly and have them cancel the order and issue a refund. What happened next was very troubling.

BSTOCK ACTION:

A representative from BSTOCK told me that they are willing to cancel the order and refund me less $100.00 because there is a $100 fee to have an order canceled. Failure to pay the $100 would result in my account being block from making bids.

I disagree with this course of action because i have done all that i could have done, and i should not be held accountable for something i have no control over.

MY THOUGHTS

1) I have tried to reach the seller many times, without success.

2) It is not my fault that i was not able to reach the seller and should not be held accountable for such and shouldn't be forced to pay a fee when i have done all that i could have done.

3) My account should be credited with the full amount i paid, and nothing less.

4) I should be allowed to continue doing business with BSTOCK, as i did not breach any terms and conditions.

I am very disappointed with this issue and would like this issue address right away, because as i said, i did not breach BSTOCK terms, also, i have spent thousands with you BSTOCK and i should not be held at ransom for something i had no control over.

I am 12 years in overstock business and normally buy excess inventories from companies or factories.This was my first time i did Online , and introduced to B.Stock.com and all its sub branches, i bought a load from Closet Closeout and it turned out to be all TRASH, DAMAGED, RIPPED, STAINED, UNUSABLE, clothes.
They never refund my money and claimed it's all "As is"
I understand what is the term As IS , means after being 12 years in business, but selling %100 Junk to people, can not justify "AS IS"
This company , simply buy over stock, from sears, costco, … nordstrom… and then they sort it out and take all the useable item out of it, and then list the garbage and damaged ones to sell to public.
This is basically their operational model, and they protect themself by law, indicating , all merchandise is " As is, and you may get damaged one"
I still can't believe this kind of companies operating in America, if they were in other country, we could easily see them in court.
Stay away, and pay any load you are interested to buy after inspection and visually see it.

I purchased what was supposed to be Bose Soundlink3 speakers and got a chinese made model A168. They are acting like nothing is wrong with having these items listed with Bose model names and numbers. Stay away from that site. I will be filing a claim against them soon.

Please stay away from this company and any other company with "B Stock" in the name. I was ripped off and B Stock did nothing about it. I bought phones as "New" and "Unlocked" but as it turns out they were all damaged and locked. B Stock was no help at all. This is a company that only cares about the sellers/vendors. Vendors are allowed to lie in their descriptions without facing repercussions. I lost hundreds of dollars because of vendor dishonesty and the failure of B Stock to help out. Don't fall victim as I did. Stay away!
