I am rly happy i got the shoes that i ordered and they are exactly the one i wanted, but there badcustomer support from this store, when i asked them something on email it took them 6 days to answer but anyway very happy with that company.

This webshop has a great selection of products but the customer service is really poor.

I have agreed with them to receive a discount against a defective item I bought on their website, never got the money back nor a reply to my emails reminding them to honour their offer.

Sad, I would have liked to buy more from them which I won't do now.

BSTN DO NOT sell official Nike runners!!! The manufactures they use don't make them the size as per the official Nike size chart!!! THEY SELL FAKES!!!!!! I sent back a pair and they will not refund my money!!! Don't buy from this fake store!

Ordered adapt huarache on 4 days ago. I have chased for last 2 days via x2 emails and also via instagram. Tried calling but they have no staff on the phones and automayed service tells us to email. No response whatsoever.

update: Due to covid-19 BSTN have been busy, just got the email and shipment due tommorow.

I saw many bad reviews about this web site, but shopped there anyway and it was worth it. Ordered the air jordan 5 fire Red and and everything went perfect, took about a week to arrive in Portugal, the shows were exactly how they were supose to be, and came double boxed so the actual shoe box was impecable.
It was the 1st time i Ordered something from this web site but i'll defenetly Shop there again and make sure to leave a review here.

Wonderful customer service and I received my package in 2 business days via fedex and I'm located in the states.
This was my first and surely now, not my last dealing with BSTN. Snatched the 5s and couldn't be happier.

Horrible horrible service i have been taking advantage of before bui have never seen a company like this can鈥檛 return anything and that is big problem since they constantly send you the wrong order and when you try to call you get nowhere and even try to send it back it will cost 200 dollars to send it back to Germany BULL… I highly recommend for anyone to use this horrible horrible company.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a duffel bag, size small. I have received the items in 5 days, but the duffle bag was size medium, not small.

When I contacted the customer service, they checked the order and realized about the problem, but told me that the item in small is no longer in stock and in order to get a refund I should post the item back. To post it back, I need to go to the Post office, they won't send a courier at home. So customers need to waste their time to remediate the merchant's error.

The worst thing is that the item is still in stock, just with a different color. They should have sent a courier with that item and collected the wrong one, but that didn't cross their minds.

I'm giving two stars instead of one because the shoes are fine and they did send me a free return label:

"we apologize that you have received the wrong item, we made a mistake here, but it is human and can happen.
For that reason we have created a free return label so that you can send the wrong size back, this is a service we have offered".

I see a lot of reviews about bad service. I ordered my shoes and they arrived with me 5 days later. If you want updates on your order I suggest using Facebook as they seem to be a lot more active on there. But overall a faultless experience from a perfectly professional company!

I took a risk ordering from this site as I saw quite a few bad reviews but decided to go ahead as I really wanted to buy the shoes they had on sale. I would say honestly that if you know 100% that you will keep the item you buy, this company is ok. The package shipped in good time and was fully tracked.

The problems started when I had to return the trainers I purchased. Mostly my fault as I couldn鈥檛 find a UK size guide and took a poorly educated guess due to different sites giving different conversions which ended up with me ordering the wrong size. I filled out the returns form exactly as instructed on the form and sent the trainers back with tracked international delivery (which cost me 拢10 in itself). After about a week I got a notification that the trainers had been accepted and signed for at the address, but from that point onwards heard nothing more from BSTN. When sending the return, my chosen courier sent them an email notification, and once delivered I also tried to get in touch by email to chase the refund but got ignored. Only today (9th January) because I have now opened a claim in paypal have I got a response (the trainers were accepted by them on the 23rd December). Unfortunately BSTN are deciding to claim they never received a return from me, even though I have provided proof of delivery and proof that I sent the parcel to the correct address as specified on their site and in their paper returns form. I don鈥檛 know how long it鈥檚 going to take now before I get my money back, hopefully paypal resolve this in my favour as the proof is there in front of them. Thank god I sent tracked and thank god I paid with paypal as they have buyer protection. I鈥檓 sure BSTN con a lot of people who try and save on delivery costs by claiming they never receive the items.

To summarise, I just don鈥檛 think it鈥檚 worth the risk ordering from this site. They might tempt you with the lowest prices around but there is a reason for this – their customer service is almost nonexistent and they are dishonest with their returns policy. Now I am 拢80 poorer with no idea if I鈥檒l see that money again. Hopefully if they see this review it might encourage them to actually respond in a timely fashion and sort this out for me.

If you鈥檙e like me and are debating whether this site is legit, you will probably receive your goods but good luck to you if you need to return them as they won鈥檛 easily let go of your money. Avoid!!!

Update: Paypal refunded me my money after finding BSTN to be falsely disputing delivery. Please be wary of this company

I bought a pair of trainers in their black Friday sale and I am still waiting in January! I have had no replies to my constant chases for information and now have no idea what to do here. I am not sure this is a real store yet as I have no reason to believe that it is but whatever it should be avoided at all costs. Their selection is great but do not be sucked in it鈥檚 not worth it. It鈥檚 been a terrible experience so far, I would say simply DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are either a scam or so bad at customer service they should not be trading. I am looking for legal ways to resolve this as I see no other way to retrieve the large amount I have spent. Don鈥檛 end up with the same headache as me and avoid at all costs!!

I made an order 1 month ago and I don't have any news of it, no email tracking no response of Bstn, no good number to call.
But it's written my order is done, but there is no spoor and no answer about Bstn.

Be carfull the Bstn customer service will not answer if you have a claim.

I order a week ago, still no responce or package, i called many times but no answer, i sent 8 mails and still no responce!

Very bad costumer service, they dont respond on mails, or there phones, Nice and good looking advertisment, but very bad communucation and internet store, think twice before you order!

Extremely bad customer service. They don't answer your emails! Further more I got the wrong items in my package and now they want me to pay for the return!? I ordered the items 31. of November and got it 19. of December! I made two separate orders and one of the orders never did come! They mixed them up without letting me know? I understand if an item is not available any longer but the question is, why don't they communicate and tell the customer? Now I don't have gifts for some of my family.
They have really nice clothes and styles and I'm sure they could have success in the world as they do international in Germany.
I don't want to order from them again. They are extremely unreliable and I can see that I'm not the only one with a similar situation.
But surely they have a lot of work to do on their customer service.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUYING FROM BSTN ONLINE!!!

Bought 4 pairs of shoes that were shipped to me with DHL. BSTN gave the wrong address and I didn't receive the shoes. Customer service cant be reached and I have not had a refund or received the sneakers. No emails have been answered and after 30 calls spoken to someone called Edi twice. Who I now haven't been able to reach for a week. DHL only wants to start an investigation with BSTN and not directly with the customer. TERRIBLE experience

Wanted some adidas Winterhills that had all but sold out in the UK ..found BTSN by search engine and they had good blackFriday deals and the website was decent . It was after placing the orderI I read some of the reviews and got nervous . I contacted them by facebook had a swift response and this put my mind at ease … yes the items took over 6 days but come on I live in the UK and that is no more than you would expect . Some of the reviews below are misleading . You can follow your order through the DHL tracker .. another reason I would recommend BTSN . BSTN IS A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP .

Placed my first time order 5 days ago. Still haven't got it, still haven't had any reply to my emails and still no sign of any form of customer service what so ever.

I have massive experience in the e-commerce and logistics industry and I heard good things about BSTN. Needless to say I am wholly disappointed. I hope my order comes soon

(Germany – online shop) Ordered and payed for my adidas Originals Supercourt in wmns size 39 a total of 58鈧?on Nov 30th. Delivery time is said to be 2-5 workdays. On the 4th day of waiting, I send an email to the customer service asking where's the problem as they haven't even been dispatched. A reply comes 2 days later saying that they have a delay in everything because of the BF and Raffles. Ok, I'm still hopeful. Later that same day comes a new email with an apology saying there's been a mistake in the God knows what and that the size is, "unfortunately", NOT available and I'll get a refund. They offered me a miserable 10% discount on the next purchase.
That's not the way you notify your customers about availability of sizes, 6 days later after the payment!! Just ended up on my black list.

Won a raffle and then proceeded to pay. The money has been pending from my bank account for a week and i have not received any confirmation for my order. Customer service has not replied for days. Would not recommend.
