BSS Commerce

I use a number of BSS Commerce extensions both free and paid, including SEO Suite, Categories Import/Export, Custom Product Attribute Export, Stock Notification and Pre Order. Overall I have found the extensions to be good quality and reasonably priced, and whenever I have had a problem, the team at BSS have been very helpful and responsive. The Pre Order module required some customisation to work with my theme and to provide some additional functionality – BSS carried out the work quickly and at reasonable cost.

Our collegue recently passed abruptly, and the order information was undocumented, rendering us unable to pull a newer version. Bss Commerce went above and beyond to track down the order and connect it to a new customer account promptly and with no fuzz. This spared us from having to contact the family unnecessarily/switch module. That's what I call great customer service!

We are using the one step checkout. It makes the checkout process really fast and Intuitive for the customer, and it works well with other vendors' extensions. The problems we had have been related to the Magento upgrade, but BSS Commerce is always very quick to solve any problems we had.

I had trouble with the Magento 2 Product Inline Grid editor. It turned out that it was a bug which had to be solved creating a new release. Developers from BSS did a great job to release this new version within several weeks. The extension is now working as how it should be. I am happy, both with the extension and the support.

We had a problem with a module we use a lot. Multi store view pricing for M2. We raised a ticket with description on what was the problem and the fix came after a couple of days.
Great support without any effort to move the problem on our side as many devs do.

Another pleasurable experience, this time not adding an extension but some bespoke work on our site.

Will be back for more in the future.

We have requested enhancement within the free module for Facebook Pixel (compatibility with 3rd party module Mageplaza OSC). Improvement was made in a very short time.

Awesome extension, and amazing support. I had two issues integrating an extension into our custom theme, and they were able to help me both times. they responded quickly, and they were very helpful.

I currently own two BSS extensions for Magento 2, and we are checking out 2 others of theirs as well.

I am a new customer and this was my first few purchases for Magento2 website at their store. I did run into a few issues and once I contacted their support it was an amazing experience. They were extremely responsive and made sure that my issue was resolved. They have a fantastic support team and it felt as if they are a part of my team. My issues were addressed and resolved. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
Since all of us our running different platform variants, it would be good to talk to their sales/support team about specific compatibility issues before buying an extension.
