Worst experience.

I鈥檝e been BSNL customer since early 80鈥檚 never ever missed or dodged any payment and bsnl wouldn鈥檛 let this happen anyway if payment is delayed the line is cut off immediately without any warnings.Even in the COVID-19 I kept all my payment updates except one which is just delayed but this wankards just cut it off without warnings. Customer payment records is never taken into account, packages increased without warnings, unpleasant customer service experience the lists goes on… just change the phone provider and move on.

BSNL is probably the only organization which extorts money without giving any Service. I am now trapped in two BSNL connections which are billed every month without connection at my residence. They won't deactivate my account so they can bill me. The term extortion was associated with antisocials but BSNL also does the same. No wonder BSNL is a loss making sick company wasting taxpayers money.

Ridiculous service from BSNL.
These people commit saying that within a month 4G service will be provided. They get the money from the customers in order to issue an 'Upgraded 4G' Sim which does the same old job. It's been more than 6 months and still nothing has been done and the internet has been slower than earlier.
Staff at BSNL Belgavi need to learn some customer management skills. Absolutely disgusted using this bloody BSNL. Slowest internet on the planet.

Bsnl service in Matheran very bad. its working only 25 % days in a year
its not working from last 15 days for cause of heavy rain. no one staff in ofiice know when it will be working

Official website of government owned telecommunication provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The company provides fixed line, cellular services, broadband services, 3G, IPTV and more.

The website is very poor however when it comes to user experience. Half of the links are broken, images do not show, speed check does not work. Clicking on certain links always redirects to their Karnataka website even when I am interested in their Kolkata website. Also usage meter or calculator does not work.

I have personally used BSNL network for a few months now and it is "BAD". They have too many customers and not enough infrastructure to support the vast user base. If you must have a affordable service provider, switch to DoCoMo or Vodafone, anything is better than this, seriously.
