Order motorparts, on shop delivery 10/12 working days, after 30 days parts deliverd. (wrong parts and not complete)
They have placed a new order , after 13 working days still waiting for my parts.
Customer service gives no replay on my e-mails.

My last 2 orders I've had with this company have been unsatisfactory, both lots of packaging have been damaged on delivery. My last order the item was scratched. I've emailed them to let them know, have had no correspondence back from them. I can no longer feel I can use this company again. There is something really wrong somewhere. They also don't like honest opinions irrespective of who's fault it is. They try to get you to reverse your feedback if it's negative.

Wrong parts received and asked if they have the correct part??? Never got a good answer, not even on the telephone due to a language problem??
Finally she told me they do not have the correct parts but insist in me sending the wrong part and they will ship the correct part. They do not have any part and do not even know if what they get is OK, so better to keep what I have and rework it myself.
Last time I bought from them.

Ordered a Puig rear hugger at a low price, and received it 48 hours later with no problems and decent packaging.
