I bought the Brydge 12.9" Pro Plus new from an ebay seller. It was great for just under a month and then the left hinge snapped.

No worries I thought and contacted support. They asked for my proof of purchase which I supplied. They responded that they would not help me because I didn't buy from them or a selected list of resellers. Bearing in mind the product hasn't even been on the market for a year, this is them grasping to get out of any support cases that they can. Disappointing and to add further insult to injury, they offered a voucher for money off the purchase of another unit via their website..

Anyway, don't buy from Brydge. You'll end up with a 拢200+ paperweight and a sour taste in your mouth from the treatment.

Zero customer support from this company. Emailed them a couple of times about the issues of the Brydge Pro+ keyboard. None of my emails received any reply.

Their products such as Brydge Pro+ (over 拢200) is not cheap and you would expect at least a decent customer support. But none whatsoever.

A total disappointment and waste of money.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!

Even after sending reminder after reminder still no response

2020 compatible cover for IPad Pro 12.9 is just not good enough , design is faulty and cover too flimsy, Comes off easily even with the slightest of touch

The build quality of the actual key pad is good but that鈥檚 the only positive thing about this company

Without doubt the worst purchasing experience ever, think there is only one person who works in customer services and with the rubbish they push out as a company she must be over worked. I don鈥檛 know where to start so all I would say is buy from anywhere except Brydge, the fact they can鈥檛 spell Bridge says it all.

The worst keyboard I鈥檝e owned – keys are sluggish and sometimes don鈥檛 react when typing unless typing really really hard – and I generally don鈥檛 go lite on the keyboard. I fell for the otherwise luxurious aluminium design with smart functions and backlite keyboard to make my Ipad more like my previous Macbook Air. An expensive keyboard – the Brydge promised allot. As someone who writes allot, the sluggish keys ruined my eperience. If you actually want to use the Brydge keyboard to more than just holding up your Ipad when sitting in a sofa – dont get the Brydge!

Zero returned contact after emailing twice, sending feedback via website. Would like to return product and replace with a different model but lack of contact makes me think its worth to return and refund.

I had only had my Brydge keyboard for a week before I managed to damage it. I was completely distraught, as the keyboard had very quickly become something I relied upon (It's a joy to use). I went back to using my iPad Pro without it, as I couldn't justify spending another 拢230 on a new one. To cut a long story short, after contacting Brydge, their support person Sara sorted me out kindly and efficiently,
So, my personal experience is that the keyboard (I have the one with track pad for the 12.9 iPad) is a really lovely thing and a pleasure to use. Also that, when I needed help, Brydge customer support gave me the benefit of the doubt and sorted out quite a serious situation with no fuss. I have been very impressed.

Stay away.. after couple off month my Brydge pro couldn鈥檛 charge anymore. Tried to contact customer support with no result. Like they are not exiting. Buy something else

I have been using one of their keyboards for years and I am very pleased with it, no issues at all. I recently noticed that one of the rubber feet had gone missing, I contacted the company and a new set was derived within a few days. Excellent service, thank you.

Dreadful experience.
Ordered a bridge pro+ for 2020 ipad Pro. It was supposed to ship with 2020 cover but did not. After many weeks, and great silence from customer support, it comes but I am asked to pay toll and import fees. I refused the parcel. The product does not work as advertised. I want a refund now but their site refuses my claim and CS simply never answers.

I'll probably never see my money back.

Tldr: product not as advertised, customer service is a joke (goes as far as to lie on social media about contacting you.)

Update: Even though I never got my full order, return was denied.

For the extra cost of the cover (which the website stated when I ordered I would get WITH my keyboard) I get this

"This cover was completely complimentary, we will not be resending this as we paid $25.00 to ship this to you. If you would like to purchase one you can but you will be charged import fees".

These guys Will go the extra mile and add insult to injury.

I posted on their site about their terrible customer service and what bad product they had me wait for for 4 months and now they suppress my bad review at their site. It's useless trying to communicate with them because they answer when they want, and most times it's not within the 48 hours they claim. They put something out as innovative but it falls short of being something mediocre.

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service and assistance when it comes to a return. They have blatantly ignored requests to start a returns process. That is not how business should be run. I have reported them to department of fair trading. Obviously I have been ripped off, buying a Brydge Pro Plus keyboard that damaged my iPad Pro from the clamps that hold onto the iPad, therefore I wanted to return it to buy another safer keyboard. But no email responses. Disgusting!

These guys seem to hide in Salt Lake City, as you can't reach them by phone whatsoever. Just email communications, and they don't respond when it comes to returns/etc.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

These guys should not be hiding from the consumer. Buyer Beware.

The product took 25 days to ship. And when I tried to return the product a week later, I was told they cannot accept returns if the product was ordered more than 30 days ago.

After 2 months of waiting, my order has finally been delivered today.
I immediately noticed that the packaging is not new and that the box has been opened before. How can I find out if I have not received a used version of the Brydge keyboard iPad Pro?
maybe I'm very suspicious, but Brydge is responsible for regarding the way they NOT communicate about orders and delivery's

Just after the warranty ran out, some keys stopped working. And the reply from Brydge:
"We do not do repairs for these issues as they are internally in the hardware of the keyboard and the keyboard will need to be replaced."

It never was very good, but this policy is totally unacceptable.

Buyer beware. This firm is US based and does not respect UK EU consumer law. They will not cancel an order and returns are at your own expense with a 7.5% restocking charge. This company are typical of US firms, they are deceptive. I cancelled an order 10 minutes after placing and in UK law a firm must make cancellation simple and clear. BUYERS beware. They also said they will contest a chargeback because they are hoping that you will not return hence why they make it so difficult. They should not be permitted to pretend that your order is from a UK branch when they don't even have one. I'm disgusted they are so behind in consumer protection. Only buy their inferior quality rubbish through Amazon or ebay where you have protection, not direct.. No customer service . AVOID

Hi was so looking forward to setting this up and using it with my iPad Pro but the spacer Key keeps sticking. Sent an email advising them of this waited 48hrs for a reply I then had to send a video of the problem unfortunately I couldn鈥檛 manage that so sent photos now have to wait another 48hrs for the next response. If only I could speak to someone to explain what the problem is or why not an online chat at least. So frustrating.

So I received this item before the expected date. Was super happy to get ready to use it and it was important to help with my work. So whilst in work the item started producing a burning smell and then next thing I know there鈥檚 smoke pouring from underneath the keys. A member of the security staff got a hold of the keyboard and took it away to safely dispose of it as you can not remove batteries etc from the unit so there was nothing else that could be done. I contacted brydge and amazon explaining what had happened and they instructed me to return the item after I had already told them what had happened they still persisted I returned the item (bearing in mind it had to be disposed of and was disposed of which I informed them of) by still 3 attempts later they are still instructing I return the item. The customer service on both sides have been shocking. With no solution to the issue considering this is an issue which poses potential risk to life! And they couldn鈥檛 give a dam! And absolutely horrible experience with not further progress.

A startup that cheat money. Slow in reply and uses multiple tactics to mislead and delay. Never reply on correspondence, using a new mail each time with changing sales person, making no progress. Do not get cheated.
Brought mine and paid an extremely ex shipping cost with delivery date in the next few days. Didnt arrive. Even tracking nunber doesnt show anything. Brydge keep asking you to wait with different people replying same thing everytime.
After awhile, will suddenly say pakcage missing at logistic company when tracking shows it was not handed over to logistic company since day one.
The story keeps repeating between package is shipped and missing and reshipped without the intend to deliver the goods to you nor refund the money.
Do not get cheated by online review.

iPad Pro 12.9 Pro keyboard

Plenty of good reviews online – so be aware!

Worked fine for a few days, but then the hinge failed. So now the iPad does not shut flush with the keyboard, and doesn't feel safe to carry around.

Got in touch with support and they initially agreed to send replacement. They asked me to destroy the keyboard as evidence prior to shipping a new one. So far all good, but…

I asked if I could upgrade to the Pro + keyboars, assuming it may have a better hinge. I was happy to pay the difference – answer was negative, not part of their policy. OK – fair enough.

Given upgrading was not an option, and given the device failed within 3 months of purchase, I requested a refund so I could look at other options. The request for refund was rejected – AND so was the initial judgement that the device was faulty! After sending multiple photos of the fault, and initially agreeing the device was indeed faulty, and after asking me to destroy the keyboard, Brydge reversed their judgement.

That is simply unacceptable!
