More than anything, the customer service is what caused me to bail on this subscription after one failed month. When I kindly inquired about my delivery, I was met with a very short response and a laissez-faire attitude. So I followed up again about 6 days later, to which I was made to feel like the bad guy for not being patient and they weren't going to do anything to help me. I asked for a refund rather than a new box and my email went unanswered.
Would highly recommend seeking out a subscription with better customer service ratings – or take the loss if something goes wrong. I was incredibly unimpressed by Bruu.

I have been blown away, not only by the service and convenience but also by the tea. They claim to sell gourmet tea and I certainly agree.
I have tried all the other loose tea companies nothing comes close to the tea BRUU sell.
