Useless, they litterally do answer the phone. I must have called them umpteen times each day and they simply do not pick up the phone… Hello is anyone there?… Is this a real firm. Luckily this was an initial enquiry and I do not have a case with you. I dread to think if they were acting for me how frustrated I would be. Remove your listing from Google if you are no longer around as it's wasting potential clients time. I could not run my business like this.
