Ordered myself last month, for a set day delivery and when I emailed it hadn't even been dispatched, came on the Monday after and was dispatched on a Friday so my food spend the whole weekend in transit. My husband has since ordered something advertised on the website and been sent something completely different, when hes queried it, they've tried to say that it had been changed at the start of the month, on the 16th July, yet the photo and description he clicked on to place the order aswell as his order confirmation states otherwise. They then changed the photo to the correct one 3 hours late. Now they are saying they will refund him if he sends the one they sent back within 2 days, and its now a Friday. As it was sent incorrectly in the first place, you'd think that they would rectify the order and offer a refund as a goodwill gesture considering he spent just short of 拢100 on this and some other products. Very poor customer service and will not be ordering again.

Order came different to described on the website, and once I told them they said they had changed it, 3 hours later they changed the website to the correct info.

Avoid.
