At first I was sceptical about using the broker through the estate agent, but after my initial chat with Andrew Teacher I had bought into utilising the service. Every step of the way he was professional and supportive. Being a first time buyer I had so many questions, questions that at the time I thought were silly, but Andrew reassured me that all my questions were valid. Andrew even gave me a full understanding of costs throughout the moving process which again reassured me as I hadn鈥檛 done this before. He made the AIP and full application so easy and we were able to secure a rate that I never thought was possible during the Covid pandemic. My mortgage application was approved the same day we submitted. I received an excellent service and I couldn鈥檛 be more grateful/happy with the process! Thank you Andrew!
