Nice knives, but the poorest customer service I've experienced from any company, ever. They do not communicate or reply to emails, and do things any way they care to – like I requested info regarding shipping, to make arrangements to receive it, and they ignored my request and sent it without info, creating a problem for me. Kept my new knife, sent back for repair, for a month without any explanations or apologies (except that they were busy at a trade show !!!). I will not buy any more from them, or made by them – think about it – the knives just aren't that nice, and they are terribly expensive, for what you get. Don't make the same mistake I did – buy a 710
