It's a slightly strange set-up – you specify the sort of car you want and they trawl through the new ex-motability cars to find one that matches your specification. That can take a few days, but if you can wait it's well worth it. The cars are in really good condition, at good prices. The service was really good too – they're really responsive and explain the process clearly.
