I'm surprised this lot are still getting away with it despite repeated complaints to Trading Standards who don't seem to give a flyer. So I've written to the BBC's 'Rip Off Britain' program in the hope they might be able to shame these fraudsters and save other people from being ripped off and ignored.

I bought a Bk 7 knife for 拢99 and they never sent it or sent a email to verify The product is being sent . Also to get my money back i had to go to the bank and write a lot of paper work to get it back .

so to me , to you i wouldn't use this website

Spotted Bronzemoon via Google , They were the only company to sell the brand i was after.

Waited a couple days of "pending"as my order status then asked What's happening . They said a computer error took my money when item wasnt instock. (Their Site still has items as in stock)they said they had issued a refund ,waited a few more days no refund bank cant see the request so issues a charge back.

Bank say they have taken Bronzemoons details and are investing them and passing information to the police .

AVOID BRONZEMOON AT ALL COSTS

I paid them for an item on 2nd of Feb. '15 and despite numerous emails to all their addresses and loads of attempts to call them, (which were never answered), I have still received nothing.
Eventually my bank paid me back and they're trying to get the money from Bronzemoon.

I reported them to the UK police and they gave me this crime number:

Try going through your bank to get your money back. It worked for me.

As appears to be the usual case, item never arrived. l received no reply to phone calls or email. Luckily got the money back via paypal. Avoid at all cost.

I placed an order with Bronzemoon, payment was taken instantly. For 7 days my order status was kept at 'Pending'. I emailed several times, receiving no replies whatsoever. I sent a letter of complaint to SagePay, the third party company the takes the payment. Instantly they were on the case, as soon as they were on the case a reply was received from 'Mark'

Instantly my Order status changed to cancelled!
It's too early to know if Ive got a refund yet, I'll update as and when.
I suggest that anybody (from what I know that's a lot of people) that is having trouble with this company, go through SagePay. You're more likely to get your refunds, and the complaints they get the more problems these muppets at Bronzemoon will have!!

Let's shut them down!!

I ordered 3 items. One arrived after a few days without any note or information about the others. My first email to them received what may have been an automated response promising to pass the enquiry on to the "warehouse manager". No replies to any emails since. Landline is permanently engaged. No reply to message left of mobile answering service. Appears to be run by some rogue called Mark Lewis whose wife has a notice of the web saying she is not responsible for any of his debts.

hi! im looking for some help, i have ordered from bronzemoon, money came straight out of my bank but i was not sent an order number. its been almost 4 weeks no sign of my order i keep e-mailing bronzemoon but get sent back the same e-mail saying please send your order number when i do not have one! really not sure where to go from here has any one got some advise on how to get my money back? thank you.
and to anyone thinking of using this company please avoid at all costs

Ordered from them on 6th Dec. goods not arrived 8 days later. Contacted them and they said that the goods had been posted and would track and trace. Various emails proved fruitless and now nothing heard from them for a fortnight. No goods, no refund, no communication- avoid.

I placed a 拢50 order which i never received. Unable to contact, No replies other than stock E- mails. A year on and they are still trading ? It's sad that this kind of unscrupulous "trader" can hide behind websites,answering machines etc. Stay clear folks

Ordered 2 items received 1.after 3 e-mails and 1 phone call (no one available) still not received second item they claim to have sent them and where checking the carrier .Seems odd I have1 item Why send 2 items separately. Since asking for a refund on the second item I have had no response from them. It is know in the hands of my Credit card Company. Just wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before sending my order. will not be using them again. Will stick with Heinnie Haynes in future. Phil Harris

This page appears to have been created to try to steer people away from the terrible reviews for the same company under "Bronzemoonoutdoors"

Do not use this company.

Known as Bronzemoon Outdoors / United Cutlery Knives / Anglo Pacific Trading Ltd

I did not receive the goods they claim to have dispatched.

I did not received a refund until their hand was forced by my credit card provider.

They never answered the phone or responded to messages left.

They never responded to my emails until I raised a dispute with my credit card provider and then their response was rude, dismissive, arrogant and made claims that were false.

If you have already placed an order then If/when this company fails to deliver on its promises make sure you raise a dispute with Paypal/Bank/Credit Card provider.

This page seems to have been created to distract attention from the existing Trustpilot collated reviews (search for 'Bronzemoonoutdoors'). Nevertheless, the advice remains to steer clear – so many people have been completely let down that the occasional actual delivery just doesn't make up for it. After finding the knife I wanted at Bronzemoon, and quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else, I became a bit worried and thought that I would not receive my knife after reading all the negative reviews.
I must say however, that I needn't have worried. Their service and communication was excellent from start to Finnish. I was informed that the order was placed successfully, then when the knife was dispatched, then received a parcel tracking and shortly after received my knife in good condition. What was also good was the fact that they did not charge any postage on such a small amount, and the item was a Tracked and signed for parcel.

I have been trying to contact them for six week to return a faulty item – they do not respond and no-one answers the phone. I found their Facebook page and commented but they deleted it and still not contact me.

I would not recommend these people.

After weeks of deliberation I eventually chose a Maxpedition Lunada for my EDC bag, and yesterday morning I decided to order it.
The best UK price I could find for the Foliage Green I wanted was with Bronze Moon, so I attempted to buy one online. Unfortunately (or fortunately as it now seems) their payment system was corrupt and would not accept Visa cards. Undeterred I filled in my details several times before giving up.
I telephoned them to buy the item, but their phone was being diverted to nowhere, and I tried several times over the course of an hour. I also emailed them that I was trying to buy something, and could they help. No success so I searched the web and found others have had similar problems, and found a recommendation to buy from Heinnie Haynes.
So I ordered from them and it arrived within 24 hours, faster than Bronze Moon can answer an email (if they ever do?).
Buyers beware of Bronze Moon.
(No point letting them know about this review, no-one there)

Do not use this company, they will take your money and not deliver the goods! Do a search on the web and you will find numerous instances of this!
I ordered some bits nearly 2 months ago and nothing deliverd and no refund!!!
