First time purchasing from an RV lot. I paid money to hold the 5th wheel a week before pick up. When you arrive you are told it鈥檚 ready to go. It鈥檚 passed a full inspection. I step up to the door to enter and there are two things broken and the door won鈥檛 close properly. Inspection ? I don鈥檛 think so. The two broken pieces of plastic were fixed quickly as well as the door closing problem. Why weren鈥檛 these three very obvious problems fixed at any time in the week prior to my picking up the RV? Why wait for me to see in find them?? Then I take a knee and see the main gas hose has broken free from the frame and it鈥檚 dangling below the fifth wheel. Inspection? Again a quick fix with two new hangers. I should never have seen these things. Other than turning the lights on there was not an inspection. I鈥檓 also having to come back because the oven does not work. Inspection……….. Professional courteous service and a nice friendly staff.

The salesman was super helpful and attentive but there where a couple minor issues with the camper that he said would get taken care of. Not only did they not get taken care the message was never passed on to the service department. During the walk through the tech was great and super apologetic about the issues that should have been taken care of and had the service administrator come out and go over the issues. The service department was supposed to call the next day to let me know on how and when the issue could be resolved. Been two weeks and no contact from sales or service.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THE SALES PERSON JASON HELPED US MAKE A GREAT CHOICE FOR OUR FAMILY. WE HAVE BEEN CAMPING WITH THE NEW TRAILER AND LOVE IT. THE INDIVIDUAL WHO GAVWE US A WALK THROUGH CHARLES I BELEIVE WAS HIS NAME. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND HELPED US WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS ON GETTING ACCLIMATED WITH THE NEW UNIT.
OVERALL VERY PLEASED WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO BUSINESS WITH BROADMOOR RV AGAIN.

Marta made the purchasing process easy. Check out / prep of the RV was not that great. I found a leak, goo was all over the RV extension cord, two pins came out of the upper bunk, The railing on the ramp did not work. (I had to fix all of these). I discovered all this during the walk through. It should have been done way before I showed up. Also I discovered two large defects in the siding on both sides of the RV. Service still has not addressed how they plan to fix those issues…..

I had a wonderful experience. Even during these weird times we are all going through, we decided to buy a RV and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We worked with a wonderful sales person Marta! she really knows her stuff! Would recommend to anyone interested in the RV world!

Outstanding customer experience in a friendly, in a no pressure company. My Sales Consultant was out w an injury and several coworkers were there to help answer questions, guide me to the people that could answer questions. They all have been very helpful, accommodating my peculiar timing and situation overall. Cannot say enough good things about the people, the service, the atmosphere of this company. A business for the people not for themselves. Met people who have bought more than one RV's from Broadmore RV and are very pleased. They even stop by for coffee and a chat!!

We purchased an R-Pod 178 a couple weeks back.
From Guy to Molly to The Walk-Thru people;the service was excellant.
Guy gave a tour of other units for comparison..then made us a great deal. Molly was efficient and cheerful (obviously loves her job).
The service guys were very informative. Without the walk-thru we'd
have been lost "forever in the wilderness", literally.
Thank you all so much. We've up on The Grande Rhonde already fishing for steelhead. This time when the rain hit we weren't wadding up a soggy tent. Frank & Chris

This site should have the option for negative stars. Worst service department I have ever had to deal with. I bought a new Keystone toyhauler from Broadmore. Broadmore would not help at all with warranty claims and referred me to Keystone to deal with on my own. The last time I took my toyhauler in they said they would get it taken care of and after 5 weeks they had done nothing. Picked my toyhauler up and took to Horn rapids RV and had it back in a week. I would never buy anything again from Broadmore and would rather pay for warranty work from someone else than deal with the service department again. Lying to customers is no way to run a business. This is your warning. Buy you RV from someone else besides Broadmore. They do-not care about customer service once they have your money.

Marta our Sales Lady was on top of paperwork and excellent customer service. Joe in service that help my husband with the walk through and making sure he was understanding with everything.
With my husband being a disabled veteran and traveling to pick
up our new 5th wheel Marta and Joe made it a very easy transaction
with me being in another state and having everything ready to sign
once he arrived there and made sure Stephen was taken care of
everything was in working order before he left the dealership. Thank you again. What a great experience Broadmoor RV SuperStore provided.

Had to call back and go thru hoops to get me refundable deposit back…if i didnt they would have kept it. Asked for some adjustments before i picked up. They were not done. Was looked at weird when i wanted to hook up camper and not hand over keys to my vehicle. I am responsible for any problems that may happen on road. If it did have a problem saying someone else hooked it up wont hold up in court

When we went to Broadmoor, we honestly did not know what kind of trailer we were looking for. Marta was very helpful in educating us and helping us find the trailer that fits our needs. But that didn鈥檛 stop there. Once we purchased the trailer, they wouldn鈥檛 let us leave until we were comfortable with our new purchase. Charles did a complete walkthrough with us and was very helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of our trailer. They also evaluated our towing needs and I felt like our safety was top of their key priorities. Thanks for everything!

Our sales manager, Chris, was attentive, honest and knowledgeable.
He stayed in contact with us sending us info on travel trailers that arrived on their lot that we might be interested in based on our comments. He made the whole buying experience fun and we ended up with exactly what we wanted! Montana, one of the managers, was quick to fill in when Chris was not there, and he also was cheerful and extremely helpful. We had a great experience with all the staff, from Tina at the desk, Molly with financing, and Alfie and Jordan with delivery. Broadmoor's great reputation is very well earned!!

The whole experience from purchasing the trailer to the delivery walkthrough was excellent. Guy helped us find the right trailer in a low-pressure manner and let us lead the sales experience, not trying to upsell us. He was responsive as we had several questions due to this being our first experience buying a trailer. Doug, the sales manager, was also helpful, friendly and shot straight. At the delivery walkthrough, we couldn鈥檛 have asked for a better person than Charles who took the time to answer any questions we had, did some extra tasks to put our minds at ease, and stayed with us until we felt ready to pull out of the lot. Great experience! Thank you to the Broadmoor team!

We could not have been more satisfied with Angel. My husband knew what we wanted called and talked with Angel back and forth via phone and we went over the next day to do a trade for our Hitcher LS for a Jayco North Point. They allowed us to spend the night in our trailer and for the night and then we said our good byes. Molly in the fiances dept took her time and allowed us plenty of time for question and answers. Jason took us through the walk through was awesome as well told us everything we needed to know about our new trailer.The front staff was very pleasant and offered us complementary treats on Friday and on Saturday, Angel treated us to our morning coffee on Saturday. after all paper work completed and walk through completed we hitched up and drove back home to Post Falls ID.Even after the sale we had phone calls from Angel to make sure all went well on our 2.5 hour trip home. Thank you for making us feel like family. 🙂 the Danners
