Terrible service Takes them 3 hours to respond to an urgent ticket then when you complain about it they call you with a bad attitude cannot talk nicely on the phone consistently arguing saying that they are not wrong you the client is wrong that its all a miss understanding.

this kind of client service is unheard of

There is just one word to describe this company and that's 'OUTSTANDING'. Outstanding product, outstanding technical support team, outstanding customer service and outstanding business ethics!

Seriously, this company should be used as a 'best practice' model for any aspiring competitor because nothing is too much trouble for them. Their technical expertise teams are clearly something that they take a great deal of pride in. The response time to tickets are measured in minutes, not the usual hours or days that we have come to expect from other companys.

I would like to personally thank the whole team at brixly. The support and helpful information has been absolutely outstanding. Going that extra mile for their service. Great bunch of people I can see my self been a customer a very long time. Thank you again really does mean alot.

Easily the best by far. I have a reseller with them and they always go the extra mile for their customers.
I would highly recommend their reseller Package which is also cheaper than most others on the internet today.
Ive had no problems with any of their services and rarely had to contact customer support since their knowledge base is easy to understand.
