Terrible customer service. Unwilling to fix safety issue. Pram wheel breaks not retracting properly, causing wheel to click and slowly wear away at internal breaking system. When I contacted Britax they completely ignored me and refused replacement for wheel or refund. Don't bother with this company. Had to buy whole new pram $$$ down the drain

We purchased the Britax Romer BABY-SAFE i-Size Car Seat from Uber Kids back in 2018. Recently we removed the cover for the first time to wash the seat and have noticed a fault in the form of a large crack through the polystyrene. We have never had any accidents or put the seat under and pressure which could have caused such a crack. In our eyes the seat is faulty. If you are buying a baby seat the most important aspect should always be safety. We emailed Uber Kids on 31st January to ask whether the seat is safe to continue to use and what could have caused the crack. Its highly likely it has always been like this. Despite chasing up and again relaying our concerns we have had absolutely zero response back from them.

We are deeply concerned by the lack of response especially as this is a safety concern and should have been given urgent attention. We would not recommend purchasing anything from Uberkids and we certainly will not again.

In parallel I also emailed Britax and I did receive a response from their customer service team. Their suggestion is that we replace the polystyrene. The point has been missed that we have potentially been driving around with a baby seat that was not fit for purpose.

I dont want to sound alarmist but I have serious doubts about the safety of this product. I sent photos of the crack and am still yet to receive a satisfactory explanation as to how it could have happened. I strongly believe this seat has been faulty since we bought it.

I no longer have not any confidence in this product.

Terrible company and customer service. We bought an expensive car seat six months ago which has gone mouldy after being left in the car for two weeks over Christmas despite nothing else being mouldy in the car. When we contacted them to explain the issue, they were not willing to help despite the fact that mould is obviously a safety issue for children unless we sent the whole seat back to them at our own expense. They prefer to hide behind the retailer and I was told that they do not get involved even if the retailer is in the wrong. It feels that This company only cares about making the sale and not about manufacturing safe products for children.

Couldn't have asked for more help. Katie in customer services solved a simple problem for us that had prevented us using our product, with great sympathy and no charge for a small part which we couldn't find to buy.

We bought a Britax Jockey Comfort Bike Seat and just after a couple of weeks the button that keeps together the two straps teared off.

This was not the best outcome for such an expensive product and worst of all, Britax asked for the whole seat to be sent back to them for the repair – clearly something unpractical.

Terrible customer service. Recalled a part on the Britax B-Agile stroller as apparently car seats are falling off of the click and go so I sent to emails requesting the remedy kit and no response. Called them and they said I would receive it within 3 weeks and nothing. Call again and wait 30 minutes on hold only to be transferred and on hold again for another 30 minutes only to be told that they haven't even shipped it out yet. I was told it will be even longer because I am in Canada. 4 weeks tomorrow and not even shipped. Ridiculous. Good thing it wasn't a car seat recall or we would have had to purchase another brand as who can wait 4-5-6 weeks for a remedy?

I was worried about the harness in my Britax Eclipse because a bit had fallen off it and I was nervous even though the bucle clicked in that it would not hold. They requested photo's which I sent. The also asked how old my seat was. It was over four years old at the time and they agreed to send me a new harness at a cost of around 拢12. I agreed and did not hear from them, so I contacted them. Something had gone array so they dispatched it without delay and didn't charge me! Fab service 🙂

Britax products are not always the cheapest on the market, but the quality shines through and it's worth the extra pennies. I've got two Britax Eclipse (Group 1) car seats and they have stood the test of time and toddlers. When one of them broke a spring, I thought I'd have to buy a new one, but no 鈥?the extremely helpful customer services lady spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining how to reattach it, and now it's as good as new. It's so rare to find a company helping you to mend their products instead of buying a new one 鈥?I could not recommend these customer services highly enough.
