Thoroughly efficient and extra careful. Packing every thing up does just that. Don't stand still when the packers are working, you'll be packed too.

Very good from start to finish. Britannia won the business with a competitive (but not the cheapest) price but mainly because they were the only firm to follow-up their initial quotation with a phone call. Kali and Elise were always quick, clear and responsive on any questions or queries.

Very polite and helpful gentlemen nothing seem to be too much trouble. Everything was handled with care and consideration they never stopped from the minute they arrived until they finished. Thank you.

The removal team were excellent, really professional and went above and beyond to deliver a great service. However admin support is dysfunctional; a bit like dealing with a 1960s Department Store where no department talks to any other and the processes are clunky and time-consuming.

Excellent team work..second to none..nothing was too much trouble..packing was carefully and speedy..you could do no better than Britannia Lanes moving you to your next chapter.

They provided a good efficient service. All the staff were courteous and helpful from the assessor to the office staff and the men who collected my goods on the day. My concerns were dealt with, it felt like nothing was too much trouble for them.

Excellent care throughout. We had some very delicate and high value unusual items to move. Lee was helpful and flexible throughout the booking process and the team that came to pack and remove us were courteous, professional and took the upmost care of our possessions. We moved during the Covid lockdown, health and safety were respected throughout. Fully recommend. Worth every penny. Thank You.

We were very happy with everything that Britannia Lanes did for us. We had to change our plans a few times and nothing was too much trouble for them. They looked after our belongings very well, we had no problems at all.
We would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

They were punctual courteous and very careful with my belongings had a three day move and the move went very smoothly and stress less l would highly recommend Britannia Lanes. The 4 man were all so helpful.

We have used Britannia Lanes on a couple of occasions now, both for removals & storage, and they have been exceptional. Friendly, hard working team of guys for our most recent move.

Considering we were just coming out of a lockdown and it was the week before xmas both teams who moved me from Bedfordshire to Cornwall and then into my house the following week were really helpful.
They tried all angles to get my wardrobe up the staircase which was much appreciated.

I couldn't fault the service I received from the initial phone call through to the move. The office staff were very helpful and efficient and the movers on the day were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend them. This is the second time I have moved with Britannia Lanes and wouldn't use anyone else.
