What an absolute bunch of clowns.
Waited a month for a Customer Service representative to respond to a letter and when it arrives they omit the very thing I wrote about in the first place.
Telephoning customer services is a nightmare.

Variable service which has resulted in costs, stress and delay for me. I am supposed to be able to access my money online but have to communicate with them by post. The website is poor and has very obvious bugs in it, as well as a lack of basic information about how to use the site. In some phone calls it is possible to get help, depending on who you speak to.

Super staff and service across the country. They are always very helpful and full of advice. The products they offer are wide and varied to suit all investors 鈥?the membership rewards used to be excellent, not so good these days since they merged with the Coop. Still a great place to put your money though.

I have been with Brittania since the age of 5 when my mother opened me an account. Why? The staff regardless where you are in the country are lovely. On the phone my local branch in particular are the sweetest people every. They are just great people.
The products they sell are also good, lots to choose from, the financial advice they give is sound and accurate. We shall have to see how the COOP merger effects the service. But so far all is good.
