I had ordered a $100 large mirror and when it arrived 2 weeks later it was a $30 tiny mirror. I was obviously disappointed, tried to contact them and it took 2 WEEKS for me to get any response and now it鈥檚 been a total of 2 months since I bought it and a return arrangement has still not been made as they said it takes up to 15 working days for a return ticket to be generated. Terrible experience and extremely unhelpful.

I have sent an email on the same day they finally respond ( 8th of June) and asked for a manager callback. The callback never happen.
They completely disregarded my email and without my acknowledge or confirmation, they sent a courier to my place at 8 am ( which he knock my door furiously). I do night shifts in the hospital so not happy.
Both items were damaged items which have been throughout after I send my emails with photos to them
I demand a phone call today from a manager at Briscoes otherwise I will take legal action today.
I demand my refund.

Last week my daughter saw a hair straightener Briscoes had 'on sale'. So we went into the Hamilton store the next day to purchase, and it was 'no longer' on sale, back to full price.
Last night, my friend and I saw a Kenwood Cake Mixer from Briscoes for 40-50% off. Went in to purchase it today, and 'what do you know, Again! no longer on sale, back to full price.
What the hell Briscoes!!! Are you false advertising to coax customers to your store!!! Things advertised on sale, and the "VERY NEXT DAY, THEY'RE NOT?" I used to love Briscoes, but I think the Covid-19 has made them a bit desperate.
