Regretfully after highly recommending this company to many others, I find customer service has fallen considerably. Firstly, after a misunderstanding over a 拢12.50 overpayment my service was disconnected without warning. Briskona suggested they had given fair warning there was an issue – this consisted of a middle of the night email followed by immediate disconnection without contact or discussion. I contacted the company who insisted I had fair warning, no apology. I do not believe an email during the night to be fair warning. I telephoned next day and it was confirmed they had disconnected the service however I got to the bottom of the issue and had it resolved. Today my service went down again completely, I was advised to switch the router off and on again (shortly before their office closed) and contact technical if not working as no engineers until Monday. On returning home and switching router off and on, unsurprising I still had no service and technical (once I managed to trace a number) did not answer. I now have no broadband, a work related course deadline with little or no hope of getting the job done. I shall, of course, source another provider but the damage will have been done as I will have missed the deadline.
Day 2: Still no broadband service or call from company. Have left another message on the out of hours telephone number provided.
Update: No contact from company but finally my broadband connection is back on, presumably out of hours remote team – Thanks to whomever!
