I had a very dry and flaky scalp that affected my hair roots and caused hairfall. Was recommended by my friend the scalp revival treatment by Briogeo. I got the essential kit four months ago and my hair is much more moisturized now and I'm loving it. My hair feels much stronger now and super great

The products are o.k. I spent almost $80 for a shampoo and conditioner combo and a leave in treatment. They claim they want customers to be satisfied they say, just send an email with order number and products you'd like to returnthey say. Easy enough right? So I did. It took 3 days for a response, which asked what they could help with. I responded, I am not satisfied, I used the products 3x and I wish to return them. I clearly asked for return authorization. Two more days went by and I received another email with a request for pictures of what I wanted to return and an example of my hair concerns etc. Wait…what? They only accept returns for 30 days from the original ship date and now it's going on week 4. I sent another email with photos and now it's the weekend 馃槖 The products are just o.k I've used better and I've used worse. The customer service however is slow and awful. I feel like their trying to wait out the clock. Bad customer service. For that reason I don't even recommend trying the products. Briogeo..more like Boojio..馃き馃檭

I have very dry, frizzy and curly hair that doesn't respond well to almost all the conditioners, be it conventional or natural. But my hair absolutely LOVES this conditioner. It works absolutely amazing on my hair and makes it look 100 times better. Gives my hair a nice pop and a shine

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.

Good products will not make up for horrible customer service and they will learn that sooner or later.

While I am happy with the products I have purchased so far, the online shopping experience has not been great. the issue is either the products being arranged for delivery ONLY when I email to enquire about my order (which can be a week after I place my order) or the membership points redemption system doesn't work online. Given this is a relatively new brand and trying to gain access to the market (which it has done very well so far) it is essential that online customer experience is well dealt with. Of course this would not matter that much if you are only focusing on regional (North America) sales and don't care about customers overseas.

Their products are enriched with great ingredients to not only make your hair look great but to also help heal and repair damage.
