I had the misfortune to start with brinks because it was installed already in my home. When I called to cancel they told me that there was a contract for 4 years and if I cancel, I had to pay the rest of the contract (1 more year). Then I calle 3 months before the expiration date and they told me all is ok, we do not have a cancellation number or letter. They send me a bill for the next month and I payed. The last thing I expected was to find another bill for the following month! I called customer service and Aniela Told me that yes, they had registered my calls however, I didnt wait for the agent to finish my cancelation and it goes now on monthly basis. I asked her to cancel for once and for all the service and She told me that I have to pay the bill I received and they are going to send me an email to confirm cancellation and I HAVE to reply to it or the process is not done. Then she asked why did I make a contract with then and why I am cancelling. This is really a bad dream that lasted 4 years and one month!
