BrilliantDistinctionsProgram

Been trying to sign in for hours and their phone messaging system doesn't work. If this is what the sign-in process is like, I shudder to think what the rest might be.

I had 1200 points that ended up expiring in October – do they not understand we are in a pandemic right now and most doctors have just began to see patients for botox and fillers. Therefore everyone is booked? So since I transferred my account to Alle then I got nothing. Can't get anyone on the phone, no email or chat to contact customer service. BD you are awful

They offer no loyalty to their diamond members. They put out two promotions a year for members. $75 juviderm $50 Botox diamond members are allowed one! Botox lasts 2 months! If you go before 3 months, no points! Now they put out $75 off lips! I was apprvd on all 3 offers I have stated and then Ashley at brilliant distinctions blocked me from offerd. They messed with my name and now nothing works. I have the emails to prove from Paul mngr and Ashley employee. Allie is now taking over brilliant distinctions, I hope it's for the better. All advertising is geared to new people downloading apps. Loyalty is diamond members and we get nothing. Last year Botox day, I was first to sign up for BOGO in Botox day their system crashed and I recvd an e-mail so sorry our system crashed. Here's $20. Bogo excuse me is $975! Not even close to ok

What a sham! They take and take and give very little. The "bonus" rewards that you get when you get to the Diamond Tier like a $40 "gift" end up being a digital coupon to use towards a purchase of items over $200. The customer service agents are rude and disrespectful. Let me say that after trying this program I realized their beauty based products make you UGLY! There isn't enough filler or Botox in the world to make this Company ethical. Shame on them all!

I ordered a set of lytera 2.0 ($356 at reg price) from BD and they sent me products that were due to expire within 6 months. I called to complain and was sent 2nd package that came from same lot# with same expiration date within 6 months (I know this because I kept the reciept). I called again and CS convinced me to exchange it again for "3rd time is the charm." Third package came from same lot # same expiration date. I called 4th time to refund and was given a hard time by Inez. She placed me on hold for near 20 minutes and came back stating that they will return this as a one time courtesy. EXCUSE ME!! I have been in contact with you after each near expired package withn 30 days as per your return policy. Please read up on your policy since you are paid to represent them. Horrible customer service. Believe me, this will be the last I order from you. Ridiculous!

I never hesitate to book my appointments because with BD they're always on sale!! I've had to reach out to them before and easy peasy they addressed my concerns. I would love another year of Brilliance- I guess it's no longer being offered. I'm a customer for life- even though there's new stuff on the market that supposedly lasts longer… BD/ Allergen has my loyalty because they take care of me every single time I go to the cash register!

There was a website crash during a sale, and instead of offer the deal to members again, they offered a trivial door prize. I have reached out several times. I can't get anyone on the phone or via FB or Insta, there's ISNT a live chat or email address. It's really disappointing as this was my loyalty program for my esthetician. It a sad situation.

The procedure went well. However, they promised to contact me in 3 months to follow-up, compare photos, and see if additional treatments are available. They never contacted me. When I called/text, they were non-responsive. However, they sent dozens of emails from a NoReply email address that did not include any contact information. Now the results and my money are gone. I definitely DO NOT recommend using them.

I like my treatments and would like an occasional reduced price coupon but, not at the price of having my information shared to all of their affiliates and being targeted by them…this is a "BUYER BEWARE" if you don't want to be bombarded with texts or emails. and I resent it. I also resent having to join this site with a password in order for my review to be posted.

two reasons I won't purchase from Allergan anymore: (1) their packaging is poor quality – the tinted moisturizer with spf top has cracked a number of times; with what we pay the packaging at least should be quality; (2) recently moved to a new residential neighborhood and their system or technicians are unable to update their system so that it accepts my new address; their suggestion was to use a wrong address or go the store to purchase. Unacceptable in this day and age of technology. I deleted my account with them and suggest anyone else who is unhappy do so as well.

Ive been insecure about my lips all my life. When my friend recommended Melissa to me, I went straight to her! I'm in love with the customer service & my results! I recommend this place every time someone compliments my lips! Excuse my swollen lips, just got them done today & are cherries lol

It has morphed from a nice program into a slick one; very time-wasting and disappointing. Phone calls to customer service just bring avoidance tactics and are a waste of time.

Purchased 1200 dollars worth of product in May, 2019. Submitted my receipt the voucher with the number and applied for the $200 rebate. Received a cheque for $50 and when I inquiries I was told that the rules have changed. It must be a combination of filler and Botox not one product. Still using the same certificate but it looks as though the rules are changed and the consume is the last one to know. A complaint will be definitely filed with consumer and corporate affairs and any other government body regulating this business.

I've never had an issue redeeming my brilliant distinctions points or my year of brilliance rewards. It was clear to me from the beginning. You get two $100 certificates every 3 months for a year. (That's $800 worth and you only pay $200). You have to use them within that 3 month cycle and those cannot be combined together BUT they CAN be combined with regular brilliant distinctions points. If you get Botox and a product on the same day, you can still use both rewards on that day for each separate product. I've used them for Botox, juvederm, and latisse throughout the year. Saved me a ton of money PLUS you get points from every purchase even if paying with a reward. Not a scam. Just read the print.

Just found out after my treatment about the 90 day rule. I use the app to monitor my points and rewards, but they shouldn't post the rewards if you can't actually use them. I've got a few rewards available but I can only use one at a time, which sucks because most expire around the same time. I guess I have to make separate appointments to use them, I don't know. I'm just gonna finish off the year and use just enough treatment to use the rewards. This is a horrible program and I'm canceling after I get what they owe.

Would not recommend this program. Can not use multiple rewards for the same service/product. Very difficult to even purchase products on line. When calling customer service for help they do not know the answers and continue to transfer you to different reps. Long wait times on phones and very poor customers service. Do not fall for this program it is not worth the money!

This rewards program is horrible. You only get rewards for treatments, not for the amount you purchase. Then they deny you points if you get a treatment before 91 days, but if you need that treatment by the end of the year to get to your reward level too bad. A fair program is based on how much you purchase. The people at customer service say the varying prices that are charged makes it not fair to base it on dollars spent. How about basing it on a combination of treatments and units purchased? Now that would be fair for everyone!

I signed up for Year of Brilliance and have saved a ton!! Each quarter I apply $100 towards Botox and $100 towards my skinmedica products. Ive used it for 3 quarters now and saved $600, not bad for $200 investment. I also earn more points on the purchases, great program.

This program is such a scam just like everyone else has said and their customer service team is just as clueless. Ive already deactivated my account. You can only use points every three months no matter how often you go and they put a million regulations on products but swear they are offering you a wonderful program. Specifically their customer service reps Tabatha and Donna are extremely clueless and continue to give you the run arounds about expired coupons and being unable to use points after theyve just told you, you could. Dont use allergen products period. If enough people walk away from this program theyll eventually have to fix their flaws. Save yourselves and your money ladies.

This promotion paid for itself on my first quarterly visit. I have scheduled my next visit in three months and plan to credit another $200. I have also accumulated cash points and received an Allergan facial product gift. However, my provider, RNP, promotes this program and does all the conversion for me. Excellent. I love to save time and money!

I paid $200 to join the Brilliant Distinctions Year of Brilliance. It was advertised as pay $200 enrollment fee, get $200 in rewards every quarter for an entire year totalling $800. You had to use the $200 rewards every quarter of they would expire. Simple enough, right? Well I tried to use my rewards yesterday on a service that cost $260. I was expecting to use the 2 $100 credits that were put in my account when I joined the Year of Brilliance, therefore only having to pay $60 out of pocket. But no! Turns out you can only use one $100 reward per service. So if I were having 2 services done, I would be able to use them both. But since I was just having 1 service, I could only use one $100 reward. My out of pocket became $160. Enraged, I called Brilliant Distinctions customer service, and she did nothing except say sorry but that's the way the program works. I even pulled up the website for the receptionist to see how they advertise that you will be getting $200 per quarter in rewards, and nowhere does it specify that you have to use them on separate treatments. Honestly, it has to be illegal the way it is advertised. You're better off waiting for your provider to have a sale then to join Brilliant Distinctions Year of Brilliance.

As an ex-receptionist in a Botox office, this rewards program is a counterintuitive, convoluted mess! Redeeming coupons and issuing points with all the codes is downright confusing! Whoever designed this program needs to go back and take a hard look at it! What a dumb name too. But what do you expect from a company named Allergan…doesn't that word look a lot like allergies?? Someone is asleep at the switch!

You are presented w this "coupon" offer then every obstacle is made to prevent you from using your points. (Sorry, this coupon won't work on 12 units or less and you received 10 units) (Sorry your points expired or it's too soon to use your points) What a joke. It's not worth setting up an account.

I have been using BD a program for a couple years. Used to I could get my points issues within about 3 to 5 minutes. Now it's routinely taking I 25 to 40 minutes. Add this company needs to correct this. This is totally ridiculous.

Well, I thought it would be great. The idea is good, however by the time you earn enough credits to make an impact on pricing they expire. I would not recommend this rewards program unless you receive many treatments in a short amount of time.
