There were no hidden cost and their VIP add on deal is very competitive. It's early days but so far very happy with my decision of going with Brilliant Directories.

So grateful to have found you guys. The only criticism I can say is there are so many features built in that there's a lot to learn. I migrated from another platform, so it took me about 2 weeks to get everything transferred over. I did most of it myself. Members were easy to add. But some of my events and articles I had to manually copy and paste into my brilliant site.

But every time I have a question your amazing support team (especially the wonderful Gloriana) is always there to point me in the right direction.

Despite being mature, without IT knowledge, I had a dream of building a directory. I found Brilliantdirectories with their wonderful webinars and video tutorials and set about achieving that dream. When I stumbled the team are there in a flash putting you on the right track with immense patience and huge amounts of expertise and wisdom. I expect a lot, being mature (wink) and I cannot fault them. I can highly recommend them and they truly deserve the five stars.

I started a directory for mom entrepreneurs. It is a Spanish website. I tried many times before to make my dream happen, but I couldn't find a way for moms to easily add content. everything depended on me adding the content for them.

In many cases, my customers are not tech savvy. Lots of neat cheap wordpress plugins out there, but nothing that made it easy for users to actually interact with the website and add content. BD solves most of my problems. A little customization at the start to translate my site to Spanish, and now I'm finally up and running and signing moms to my site!

A tool beyond imagination – supporting innovation… really well.

Outstanding MMS platform. We migrated one year ago from an older member management system and have been able to save time collecting dues from our 300+ members. The design settings are easy to navigate to set things up pretty easily. We needed a little help with importing our existing member list. But the support team provided guidance to make things easier. Our main pain point was tracking and collecting members whose annual memberships lapsed. And Brillint directories has made a world of difference in identifying and collecting late dues. We are more profitable now and growing more steadily with this software.

I wrote a review in 2016, and here I am still with these folks. They are the best. No matter what question, what problem that may arise they are right on top of it. Their add on features are awesome and always growing and I am always excited to see these new features which add to the quality of my directory. The site is always fast, always up, and you know with Brilliant that they are always there to assist. What more can you ask for. I love these folks.

I鈥檝e just completed the kickstart setup service. And I鈥檓 quite happy with the result. Jose was my account person and he helped setup everything we needed to start promoting the site. There is a still a lot to learn. I鈥檓 not a computer person. But the support team has been very receptive thus far. The entire setup took about a week from the time they gave me the questionnaire to fill out till I had my closing session call with Jose.

Have to say, its not a 1-2-3 process building a site but there is a lot of help from Brilliant staff. I've had some stressful days trying to get my site together as a non tech person, it is difficult. But if I had to do it again I would chose BD.

So far so good with respect to purchasing and being givien the directories.

As I have a number of special needs, I was initially concerned about support but the BD management has proactively reached out to me and we are working on it together.

I am feeling much more confident that I will get the help I need to get my sites moved to their system without being charged a huge amount.
