I have placed a number of replacement ink cartridge orders over the last 12 months. Always had my product in stock (genuine) but gave option of compatible if required. Website ordering always available and easy to follow. PayPal payment option a necessary requirement for me. Delivery always prompt (even same day on occasion). InkDepot is the best online printer ink cartridge and printer company I have ever patronised. Their service is excellent, and speedy. I get my product in the next day, which is pretty much unheard of in Australia.

I have placed an order in the small hours of the morning and found it on my doorstep just a few hours later when leaving home for the day! The prices are very good too. Every order has been correct. Never had any problem. Have once had cause to phone with a question and the call was answered straight away and they answered exactly what I was actually asking.

I ordered some ink reills for my broher primter just on Friday last week and hardly beleived it when the postie stopped me a few days later to rell me that there was a parcel for me which would be here in the next 10 minutes., sure emough not a patcel I had ordered a weel before but my Ink that had only been on order a couple of days. Yiu coukd have knocked me over with a feather.. PS I am still waiing for my other parcel if only they would be as efficient as the Ink Depot,

The Ink Depot can offer you very competitive prices for your printer's ink. Sadly too often you buy your printer you are disappointed (or feel ripped-off) by the price of ink.
Now you can fight back by ordering your ink from the Ink Deport. Great prices, even on genuine manufacturers supplies and overnight delivery on most orders.

Cant fault service or price. The cost of the genuine ink is half that of the shops. Have ordered and reordered several times and will continue to do so. Thanks.

I have been using Ink Depot for several years after using a local ink refill store, which caused problems with my printer. I only purchased Genuine refills, but have recently tried the Generic products with excellent results. The pricing is the best I have found and delivery is usually very quick. Recently the goods have been left at the local post office instead of delivering to my door, which is not as good as originally. The web sit is excellent as you select your printer and it lists all the options available. It is usually cheaper to select individual needs rather than buy bundles. I have recommended Ink Depot to many people. I like the regular discount offers as this saves even more, as I always spend over $100 to receive free freight. I can't comment on after sales service, as I have never needed to complain.

I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR A FEW YEARS NOW – I PROBABLY SELECTED THEM ON THE BASIS OF PRICE -I'M NOT A GREAT CUSTOMER AS I'M NOT A GREAT USER OF INKS. MONTHS CAN GO BY WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ORDER. THEY'VE KEPT ME ON THE MAILING LIST AND I HAVE NO DESIRE OF COMPARING PRICES – THE SERVICE IS FAULTLESS.
