Absolute JOKE. They cost me 拢40 in mobile phone calls due to their insane charges and failed 4 times to deliver a card terminal. DO NOT USE.

Very unprofessional. We wasted three weeks sending them loads of documents on boarding only to know they don't support our industry! Well they could have told us at the beginning!

Tried the online chat to get help remotely connecting our card machine. Didn't appreciate the poor service. Googling the answer was more effective.

I have signed a contract with Payment on Dec 1st 2016. I am now told that my contract started in January 2017, although the contract I have in my file is well dated from Dec 1st. I have had my fees put up with no prior information but letters that I did not receive
"Your rates changed in October 2017 and in April 2018 which you were sent letters explaining the account review".
I have wasted hours on the phone to review my fees. The only way to get back to the original conditions agreed would be to sign a new contract for 3 years.
I have asked Paymentsense for my statements of the last 6 months, as they have stopped sending them. It took 2 weeks as First Data Merchant is the company that can send them.
I have requested the replacement of a faulty Ingenico Terminal and it took a lengthy investigation of 10 days to trust me.
I have been trying to obtain the e-mail address to send my notice for 10 days.
Avoid this company if you do not want to be played as a ping pong ball between First Data Merchant, Paymentsense and Ingenico.

Have an Ingenico card reader that connects through a phone line. The machine routinely calls a premium rate phone number in order to install software updates – at a cost of more than 拢100 per year.
Phone number is 08431786527 for anyone who sees this on their phone bill and wonders what it is.

Ingenico does not disclose this information on their installation manual and go out of their way to conceal the fact that these charges will be made. Absolutely disgraceful that ripping off small businesses is a central part of how this company operates.

I have spent two eweeks trying to sort out integration between my machine and my EPOS till. I have been pushed from pillar to post on the phone for HOURS bewtween Payment Sense, Ingenico & EPOS now. Every time you phone the customer service team you have to go through the problem from start to finish even though they keep notes on their system, you can never get through to the same person. I had to chase progress and actions as they do not call back or follow up when they say they will. Eventually they agreed that I needed a new machine so what do they do???? Switch off my current card machine before sending the new machine, without notification and in the middle of a working day!! Do the technical support at Ingenico not understand business?!?
I could go on but I have spent so long on this issue I don't want to waste any more of my time.
