Ordered Concord 11 High. Took 2-3 weeks to receive order. I received them and the box was beat and the shoes were fake.

Ordered Jordan Space Jam shoes. Got confirmation number & stated email would be sent with tracking number. Waited 3 days and nothing. The number was disconnected and email was returned undelivered. The total price of shoes was $118. Called my credit card and a charge of $128 and change was charged to By Hand London. Was not me. Now I canceled my card and disputing charges.

Tried to order a pair of shoes on this website. Got to the checkout and credit card was denied, so we used our second card on the same account. It was denied also. Tried to contact the phone number that was listed and there was a message that the phone number was another company's and that ingair was using their phone number as a scam. The email was returned as not deliverable. We canceled our credit cards and all seems to be well, but we wanted to report this.
