Worst customer service ever! I purchased two items and it takes forever for them to be shipped. I called customer service because I'm going away and needed items to be expedited. They refused to expedite or cancel my purchase which no one will be here to pick up. Non one tried to even assist with my problem. If I could give zero stars I would.

Waste of time and money it's just a fancy way to send emails it does not make sales stick to mail chimp for sending your emails

Spam generators stay away from this company.

Never had a problem here and note that it is used by credible people and organizations that I have signed up with. It's in the same business as Aweber and Mailchimp, email marketing.

Infusionsoft is a SaaS CRM provider. They have pretty strong spam controls on their customers' automated emails. Whatever your complaint about the product, I have to agree with others: downvoting the top-level domain is ill-considered. The site is legit.

Infusionsoft.com sells a service to others. Some of the subdomains might not be trusted, but please do not rate down infusionsoft.com as the top level domain. It hurts legitimate businesses like mine that use infusionsoft.

Please rate the subdomain (ie xxx.infusionsoft.com). Or direct complaints to Infusionsoft. They listen.

I'm going to go out on a limb here. This is an email marketing service, which means the issues you are most likely experiencing are with the customers of InfusionSoft, not InfusionSoft themselves. They provide so many tools like double opt-ins and security notices. BUT if the customer chooses not to use the tools, or GASP, abuse the system for spamming, it's the customers fault and you should be report THEM and their website, NOT InfusionSoft. InfusionSoft isn't sending you spam, other companies are using their services to spam their customers.

Privacy Policy says they don't share information, but yet your information seems to get spread around.

Lately WOT has really lost a lot of creditability. They allow people to add negative marks even though they have no knowledge of the company. I have seen comments pertaining to sites I know are not scam sites but have negative comments and bad ratings because they offer information for starting an online business so it must be a get rich quick scam and is rated as not child safe, or the vendor is not reliable.

Another issue is people say it is a spam site just because some affiliate spammed them. A lot of companies have affiliates marketing for them and if they find out that they are using any type of improper marketing they stop using that affiliate and He?she will lose any commissions that they have coming.

So, instead of talking negative about the company try contacting them and let them know that someone is sending you spam on behalf of their company and allow them to take care of the issue. People should keep in mind that posting negative remarks can really effect these companies that are doing the right thing.

I have been with Infusionsoft for many months now and it is a fine company, that goes to great lengths to make sure its users dont spam. if you get 1 spam complaint you get kicked off their servers. I pay 250 a month for this service but feel guilty writing emails because I get rated a yellow and my open rate is lousy, even with customers who know I am honest. Please remove your reds, this company is moral and ethical.

I believe that this site's negative rating is unjustified in most instances. While phishing or scamming companies may use the service, it is not the actual website that is doing the unwanted activities. Infusionsoft is an email verification company that provides opt-in services.

Their service is used by different people, some of which I suppose could misuse it but the site I signed up for email updates from is the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers who obviously are out to do good, they wouldn't misuse emails, so when looking at ratings like this take into account when it can be used by different types of people.
