As a foreigner it's basically impossible to open a bank account. You have to submit a multitude of documents that are not properly explained beforehand, then wait weeks to get the answer that you actually missed something, then repeat the process. The support tells you that they are legally forbidden to talk to you in English.

This is an online bank you can't contact online. I tried to open an account but it was declined with no explanation. Some time later I tried again and my application seems to be frozen in some kind of limbo. You can't resolve these problems in the application process online, you have to phone them.
I only needed an FR IBAN (which ING provide) because my French employer practises IBAN discrimination.
N26, TransferWise & Revolut are superior in every way. Don't waste your time with these legacy platforms unless you have a specific niche requirement that the real online fintech banks don't yet provide.

Very slow, bad service customers! 3 months to open a bank account for my enterprise! my customers are still waiting to pay me in my online business. Nobody on the service customers know what really is going on with your dossier! in UK it takes just 1 week to open a bank account
