Bad retail bank and disastrous application. Customer service/ support is not reachable, application is not operational, many breaches of client contract, no one cares, such a shame!

Avoid by all means. They will send you the card, ask to transfer 150Eur to activate in the ATM with the code, as a result: the code is not recognizable, the app pops up the message like "add minimum 300Eur to activate the account" (which was activated once I sent 150Eur), support unavailable, nothing works in the end, 150Eur blocked. I guess it is their new genius scam to fundraise on retail. Banal tricksters under the brand name:(
