Count me as another victim of the Infurn.com scam. Who wouldn't jump at the chance to buy a designer item for 1/3 the retail price? I ordered a lamp on 10/7/2013 and never received it. Multiple correspondences with the company promised me: 1) They'd look into it. [January] 2) They were forced to halt all dispatches, but would start shipping the following week. [February] 3) They were issuing a refund, but could not to my card used for purchase. They were mailing me a check for the full amount. [March] 4) In May I inquired about my refund with no response from the seller. 5) They are insolvent. No orders will be shipped. [June] Compared to many others who were ripped-off by Infurn, I suppose my loss was not as dramatic. But I work hard for my money and I resent losing it in this fashion. I do hope that one day the people behind Infurn will be brought to justice.

TRIED TO BUY A LARGE BEAN BAG THROUGH THIS COMPANY, SAID THAT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS WITH A SIGNATURE, SUPRISINGLY I WAS IN SPAIN ON THE DATE SIGNED FOR SO HOW THEY GOT A SIGNATURE OFF ME I DON'T KNOW, I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THIS COMPANY TO BE DISMISSED. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR GOODS OR YOUR MONEY BACK SO DON'T ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THEM AWFUL COMPANY.

I very stupidly tried to buy a chair online. Never again. The Infurn delayed, and eventually said they'd gone bust but that I'd "hear from them soon." Ha. 拢300 down the drain.

Purchased a Charles Le C. Sofa Grande LC3 (2-seater) 1389.00 GBP
In November 2013
Christmas came and went still no sofa !!! several emails later, there will be a delay with our order!! suprise suprise .
February we cancelled the sofa, and was promised a full refund within 30 days
( Nothing ) despite emailing this scam company daily we never received a penny from them.
Luckily i paid with a credit card ,the bank was fantastic and we received all our money back from them within 3 weeks .

These people i hope will see the justice they truly deserve ..Nothing but a huge scam for several years

I want my money back now!! No product to me until now, Very bad service, thieves. they had called me one time, they had promised me as said that it should be in may 2014 the product would ship out but nothing happen, i sent e-mail to them 4 times no e-mail, no telephon to me, i buy INFURN Home Atlas-hylde 2 pieces. prise 1,124 kr. They are thieves. If you do not have the product ready to ship so don't show that in stock, the product also copy. Now theirs website is close. They take money from many customers and gone, don't know how to contact with them. I know, there are many people get feeling like me. Have anyone know how to get money back?

I don't know how to get money back. This cost 1,124 kr. a lot for me. I have save this money for buy this product but now they are gone.

This is an update: even though I was promised a refund, 2 months have gone and no show up of my money whatsoever, obviously, and now the emails I keep on writing them come back to me as mailer demon failure…..I would sooooo love to meet these people in person, THIEVES! Give my money back!!!

I've had the same experience as everyone esle. Bought a chair for 拢413.13 in April 2013 now. After 9 months of waiting I cancelled the ordered citing unreasonable delays and that i had been misled. Infurn actually confirmed by email in April 2014 that the full amount would be refunded to the card i paid on. They have since ceased responding to my emails and i've had no refund. In may I learnt of their financial difficulties (why didn't i check this site before i bought!!!!)

Beware – i bought with my LloydsTSB VISA debit card and complained to them asking for assistance and they are not willing to help – the responded with the following:

"Under Visa Europe regulations we have no chargeback rights for an order of goods that was available but cancelled by the cardholder as this is classed as a change of mind.

The only way for us to be able to assist you in this instance is if you are able to obtain an actual refund voucher or advice from the merchant confirming the amount to be refunded, the date the refund was processed and the actual card number the refund was made to.

Without this information we would suggest you continue to pursue the merchant or alternatively your local Trading Standards for a satisfactory conclusion."

Infurn only confirmed they would return the money but didn't specify which account (merely that it would be returned to the same card i paid on!). So LloydsTSB are washing there hands of responsibility too. Has anyone else had a similar experience. I have given up on getting money back from Infurn but thought i should be insured in some way? Anyone had an luck through Trading Standards?????

Would love some advice.

I've been patiently waiting for a miracle to happen with our order AU-316084, 12 Chairs!!
First the delays, lots and lots of delays with no apparent reason… after they send just 1/2 of the order and say it's all… So we bought "Pairs" of chairs… we paid for 5 PAIRS and received 5 chairs!!! The other 2, the rocket chairs we never receive….
Communication ZERO, they simply ignore the e-mails… when they did respond they asked us to prove our order to be pairs!!! LOL and just stopped communicating… their website is constantly down… probably to make lose interest and rest your forces to recover what you paid for!!

Same story as most people who have left reviews for these shysters. Ordered, waited and waited, phoned, eventually cancelled the order – waited and waited, phoned, received promises of a refund waited some more. As usual no response.

Contacted my credit card company, filled out a one page form and gave them copies of emails etc. Within 10 days received a full refund of 拢748. At least that system works!
MasterCard know about these criminals and they are after them as well now.

I am a believer in that "what goes around comes around" and like to think that these thieves and criminals will eventually suffer a personal fate which reflects their behaviour and treatment of their fellow human beings. I only hope that this happens in the not to distant future…..

"Livingdesign Europ" is what showed up on bank statement as the company if it helps.

Remember you are fully protected with "VISA debit" cards these days, not just credit cards!!

We have ordered Chairs+ Table+ Mies vans Der Roe Meridienne on the 18th NOVEMBER 2013 for a total of 2011.34 Euros .
We received the chairs but when the rest if the order was taking too long we cancelled it on the 1st April 2014 .
We were told our reemboursement would get to us within 30 Days of 1613.34 Euros .
My husband and I explained to them on the phone inumerous times that I am pregnant and not only is this stress bad for me and my baby but also we really need this money back !! I was promised this would be treated with utmost priority but of course we have never seen this money back!

I dont know what to do anymore, this is a horrible experience and on top of it all once we click on the link to save our proforma invoice, it has now been MODIFIED to include only the chairs!! This is outrageous!! Dishonest!!

I demand our refund and an answer immediately , how can you treat people like this?

Well, my story is essentially the same as most other contributers here: I've pre-paid for some goods, only to find out too late, that the compagny withdrew my money immidiately and planned to deliver approx 4 months later. And now they've went bankrupt!. Wonder how that can happen in a legal way, considering that they allways get pre-payed.
Of course, like everybody else, I'm mad at these gangsters. But I suggest, that those of us, that have been cheated, use this website to generate experiensees about, how we can make our claims and possibly get our money back.

Its clear that this company took our order to swell the coffers in advance of going into administration.

they had a delayed delivery which was times just right to avoid demands for refunds in advance of insolvency.

As is often the case with these furniture companies, they really can't be bothered to do or say anything once they've got your money.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order end of august 2013 and the delivery was delayed 3 times so in the mid of May 2014 we requested the money back but got a message that the company is in insolvency situation and can not pay back

After waiting since October last year (2013) to receive my order I finally had enough of the excuses and contacted Infurn to cancel my order on 3rd April this year (2014). Despite trying to convince me that my item would be available within a few weeks and that there had been an issue with the supplier, I stuck to my guns and insisted on a refund. I have an email dated 3rd April ensuring me that following our conversation I would receive my refund within 30 days…..I am still waiting!! You can't get anyone on the phone and no one replies to emails or enquiries through the website! So I aks like many other people, how are they legally aloud to keep trading on the website???
Liquidation does not happen over night and there is no doubt in my mind that when sending the email to me to confirm the refund that they were never going to be able to do it. So why not give your customers som truth and guidance!?! I have been robbed, like many other people it seems and I can't believe that they are aloud to get away with how its been dealt with. It's disgusting!
