Ho acquistato un iPhone 8 Plus perch猫 attratto da un ottimo prezzo e siccome avevo gi脿 acquistato su questo sito pensavo di potermi fidare. Invece dopo qualche giorno mi hanno comunicato che l'ordine veniva cancellato in quanto per un errore di giacenze il prodotto non era disponibile. Ovviamente ho subito chiesto il rimborso di quanto pagato e, finalmente, dopo una decina di giorni ha avuto indietro i soldi (anche se qualcuno si 猫 trattenuto 1).
Ho anche controllato le esperienze di altri compratori e ho notato che nell'ultimo periodo esperienze come la mia sono praticamente la norma.
Pertanto sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare questo sito per qualsiasi tipo di acquisto.

Awful experience. I ordered an iPhone on Oct 19. On their website it was listed as "available" and according to their policy, the phone should have reached me in 20 days. That did NOT happen! On Oct 25 customer service said the phone would "definitely" ship the next week. It did not. On Nov 11th customer service and my account info said the phone would ship in THREE days. It did not. On Nov 17th customer service said the phone had shipped, and when I asked for a tracking number, I got no response. The next day I got an email saying I would get the tracking number by the end of the day- I did not.
I made it clear to every customer service rep I wrote to (because it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever speak to them, the phone number is always busy) that I needed the phone by Nov 22nd or I wanted to cancel the order. It is Nov 22nd and I did not receive the phone. They lie and lie and lie and give customers incorrect and false info. Plus, it's incredibly difficult to get in touch with customer service. They sporadically reply to emails or Facebook messages. And as I said before, it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever reach them by phone. I have called literally hundreds of times to no avail.
Horrible experience and horrible company. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund me and I have filed a complaint with Visa as well.
UPDATE: I just received a call (!!!) for Infotel and was able to finally cancel my order and request a refund.

I have never experienced online store which has disappointed me in this manner. It's been 3 months now and the items I ordered never arrived. I asked for refund and the always reply with" will be done within 24-48hrs but never maintain their promise. As I'm writing I haven't gotten my money back and the telephone number is not going through. Total mess.

I Ordered a 320鈧?Birthday Present for my daughter's birthday but as soon as the payment went through I got an email stating that the item I'd just ordered wasn't in stock so I immediately tried to contact the company with no luck until I finally got through to an operator who advised me to cancel the order and demand a full refund. And I went out and bought another Nintendo Switch for my daughter. I then received an email in response to one of my many emails saying I had canceled my order and to wait 8 days for the refund.
To make a long story short. After two months of no item and no refund I got an email from them saying my item was now in stock and that I'd receive it in 3days. To which I answered I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Not another GAME!!!! The operators were both extremely rude and unhelpful…. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

never send me the phone and still haven't seen my money back…… a complete disaster…!!!!!!!!!
