infoscore sent me a mail by post regarding an outstanding PayPal payment. I thought it was a scam and got a bit freaked out by all the reviews I read online, but after checking NVI, KVK etc I paid the outstanding balance.
I called the next day to confirm that my payment had gone through and I spoke to a friendly and polite woman who assured me that they have received my payment, my dossier would be closed and the Paypal amount would be topped up ASAP.
I received an email a couple of minutes after the call with infoscore stating that my dossier was closed. A day later, I received an email from Paypal that they have received the outstanding balance owed.
Aside from getting a weird SMS and voice message that I need to pay money, the service was smooth and nothing to complain about.

Following my husbands death, all accounts were/are frozen, and because of the length of the will execution which is in the hands of the trinunal, i had to convene an arrangement with Infoscore to pay my credit card debits.
I paid every month, but end of April, I was sick and in bed, i could not pay ontime, I paid with 10 days delay, but Infoscore made a poursuite against me, because of the delay, these people have no ethics, no morals nothing, the situation of the Coronovirus and the confinement, they did not care for, this type of company should not exist.
