Scammed out of $75.00 for a singer heavy duty sewing machine model# 4423. I have emailed this web site too many times to count, they just act stupid, like they don't understand english, and yes i did receive some stupid mask i wouldn't dare put on my face. They actually sent me a bogus tracking number. So freaking disappointed and frustrated!!!! guess i can just kiss my 75 bucks g-bye. So remember, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is….. And one more thing, it bothers me that they captured my ip address.

Same problem as other guy.Bought sewing machine from Co in TX.Paid by paypal and was sent masks rather than the machine.Seller tried to resolve paypal issue by charging me $10.Bank saved me.Seller used fake address,phone number and claimed reshipping with fake tracking number and fake tracking site.Mail and wire Fraud!!

I also ordered sewing machine from https://www.informedto.com/ . Looks very promising $100 off from other legitimate sites. It came from China (not listed on the site) and took a while maybe two or three weeks. When we get the package, I was stunned that it contained two small pouch of masks. We looked at our nest video and took picture and sent it to seller to start the dispute. Their phone number not working and took at least a day for seller to respond. Sent all emails history to PayPal to start the dispute with pictures from Nest, tracking number, timing from the USPS and pictures of the masks. I finally agreed on full refund -$10 for their shipping.
Seller agreed and suggested PayPal to refund $50.00. I accepted on paypal.com website.
