I'm a med student and I have to say, kickboxing is the best stress relief. And ILKB is great. But what really stands out above all else is the staff. Everyone working there is amazing. I hadn't gone for awhile so they let me redo a first class where I was one on one with an I instructor. These instructors really love being there and they give a great workout. 600+ calories burned easily in ONE workout. It's also a ton of fun. I imagine that the bag is whatever is stressing me out and I feel so much better by the end of it. So I highly recommend this gym if you want a good, fun workout that will push you and get you in great shape.

ILKB in Clifton Park is incredible. Im so glad I joined in August 2017. The instructors are great so motivating and encouraging and helpful. They want you to succeed in your fitness journey. The workouts are hard but fun instructors get you laughing and smiling ) and when done feel stronger and you know you worked hard. Joining was the best thing Ive done. The members are so helpful and encouraging also. You need to join , you wont be sorry , just sorry you didnt join sooner
