IloveKickboxing changed my outlook on weight loss motivating while becoming fit and can be as well. The team of trainers are awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. The location is very clean and leocated in a nice location. I am recommending ilovekickboxing to all of my friends, family and coworkers. Im so glad I made the decision to become a part of the team. I found ILKB on groupon and attended my first class today. It wore my butt out but it is not out of reach of me being able to get through the conditioning. It was fun learning how to punch the bag and getting my free gloves. I signed up for the year membership and look forward to getting in GREAT shape!

This place is great the staff of friendly and push you to keep going I absolutely love the classes and the trainers
