TELE TROUBLE
So I order a tele copy of a new Swedish guitar brand called 'Green guitars' on #guitarnet.se and pay with my visa card. It is send from the south of Sweden to my address in the south of France but never arrives here! So I start contacting the seller who ensures me that this has never happened before and he will sort it out for me. But no information about it's whereabouts is traceable and an investigation is to be set up by transporter DHL. Meantime I have paid good money and want of course my guitar by now, so I suggest that he sends me a new one or refunds my purchase! No way! I am told that I have to wait until 31 December before it's considered lost. I protest by saying that if this guitar should eventually show up, it should be returned to sender anyway but that's the last I hear of it… Nice customer care! I am so dissatisfied now that I bought a tele copy with Thomann.de to cry with over Xmas!

UPDATE 20 Nov:
Guitarnet Sweden has refunded me today after no change in transport information has been established in two weeks and must be considered lost. Happy with the solution but one more time I must emphasize on the need of good communication that made me post this review in the first place. Given the smoother second part of our contact I upgrade their performance to 3 stars!
